Jesus is God, Elohim (Gen 1:1), eternal (John 1). Elohim is Spirit (John 4:24) and Elohim took upon Himself flesh (John 1) in order to reveal the Father to humanity while simultaneously offering Himself as blood atonement for sin/redemption through forgiveness by grace via the imputation (Leviticus 17:11; Hebrews 9:22; 2 Corinthians 5:21). Jesus’ mission as a blood sacrifice to cover the sin of Adam was first prophesied in Genesis 3:21.
The eternal benefits of knowing Jesus as Messiah-Savior for the forgiveness of YOUR sin begins with “believing” that Jesus is Messiah – Savior and that He died in your place as atonement for YOUR sin (John 3); herein lies the path to eternal life in the Kingdom of Elohim subsequent death of the body in Time (John 14:6).

When one is born again by the Spirit through faith in Jesus, their life enters into a daily work of sanctification where divine fruit is produced that signifies one is truly a disciple of Jesus (John 15:8). The Christian is NOT perfect due the Adamic sin nature that remains in the flesh (Romans 5:12; Romans 3:23) but there is an obvious physical and spiritual change due the presence of the indwelling Holy Spirit (Galatians 5:16-23).
This person having been redeemed by faith and secured – guaranteed – sealed by the indwelling Spirit (Ephesians 1:13-14) is secure in Jesus and though they’re not perfect they are gifted the perfection of Jesus over their life through the imputation, a promise of the Gospel (2 Corinthians 5:21). The Christian has a new name, a new residence, an eternal relationship with the Father through faith in Jesus and no one will snatch them out of the hand of Jesus or the Father (John 10:28-30).
Catholicism is not nor has it ever been Christianity. Catholicism is a cult of works and paganism. Trust only in Jesus as Messiah, honor Jesus with your pursuit of obedience to the Holy Spirit. Live!
You are born into sin, this is Biblical. It is only the grace of our Creator that provides absolution to the immature and cognitively handicapped.
You are born into sin as you possess the sin-nature inherited from our first father, Adam (Romans 3:23; 5:12; Ecclesiastes 7:20); the only relevant rebuttal to this truism is the fact that we are NOT culpable for our sin until such time we have attained an age of reason and discernment where cognitively we are aware of right v. wrong and our conscience is sufficiently mature to differentiate what is evil and what is good, what is sustainable, honorable, behavior from conduct that is NOT sustainable.
Where there is no law or the ability to discern same, there is no sin (Romans 4:15; 5:13; Numbers 14:29); this, the decision of a merciful Creator. If you understand this truism due a mature conscience, you are culpable for your sin and only faith in our divine Mediator, Jesus, will absolve you from suffering the penalty of sin, eternal death, the “second death,” in Hell (1 Peter 1:18-19; Revelation 20:11-15).
Jesus was born of a woman, born under the Law (Galatians 4:4). Torah was given specifically to Israel’s children to sanctify them from the paganism that compromised the Adamic/Noahic generations, a compromise with demonic evil that nullified their ordination as progenitors of the Messiah. Elohim codified essential moral elements of the spiritual law for Israel’s children as Elohim did NOT desire a repeat of the horrors having manifest as a result of Adamic/Noahic disobedience culminating in The Flood (Genesis 6:5). Elohim’s primary purpose for sanctifying Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, was due Elohim’s desire to introduce His Messiah into the Realm of Time to do battle with Satan and defeat Satan via Messiah’s work at Golgotha (Genesis 3:15; 1 John 3:8b); this, via a Gospel foreshadowed first in Genesis 3:21.
Sinai and Moses’ 603 civil/ceremonial laws were given specifically to Israel’s children via a now bygone Law Covenant that simply foreshadowed the New Covenant’s grace through faith (Galatians 3:24). Anyone who trusts in Messiah Jesus as Savior, Jesus as acceptable blood atonement for sin (Leviticus 17:11; 1 Peter 1:18-19), is NOT under the codified law, Sinai, Moses, a Law Covenant but the faithful in Jesus are in the New Covenant and their “law” is spiritual and written upon the heart and it is the indwelling Holy Spirit who sanctifies and controls the behavior of the redeemed through divine arbitration of the redeemed conscience or “new creation” in Messiah (2 Corinthians 5:17; Galatians 5:16).
The Christian is NOT under/enslaved to Sinai or Moses or Torah or a Law Covenant but the Christian is considered-arbitrated-adjudicated “not guilty” due their relationship with Messiah by faith; that is, when one trusts in Jesus, the perfection, the law-keeping perfection of Messiah, is imputed-gifted over their life and the Father agrees by New Covenant promise to remember their sins no more (Hebrews 8:12); in fact, when one trusts in Jesus as their Messiah who died for them, the Father does not see your sin any longer but the Father ONLY SEES the righteousness of His dear Son in you….this is the promise of the imputation of Messiah’s righteousness over your life (2 Corinthians 5:21)…this is the focal point of the Gospel; the blood of Messiah has cleansed you and made you “positionally” “perfect” in the Father’s eyes (1 Peter 1:18-19).
The “law” of the Christian is NOT Sinai or Moses or Torah or Hammurabi but the “law” of the Christian is realized-actuated-made relevant through obedience to the indwelling Holy Spirit via daily Christian sanctification and the production of divine “fruit” (Galatians 5:16-23) against which there is no law as the “fruit of the Spirit” fulfills ALL LAW, both codified and spiritual. Christians are free from enslavement to codified laws, Torah, Judaism, as they walk by the Spirit producing divine fruit via an enlivened conscience that actually pleases the Father and confirms that one is truly a disciple of Jesus (John 15:8; Romans 7:4; Galatians 5:18); in fact, it is not possible that any work or effort to keep a law or edict please the Father lest that work is done through the indwelling Holy Spirit’s anointing and the Holy Spirit is ONLY given to those who trust in Jesus as Messiah (Ephesians 1:13-14; Isaiah 64:6).
How is the Gentile “grafted” into Israel and what is the relevance of this “grafting?” (Romans 11)
The Christian’s “grafting” concerning Israel is relevant initially and primarily due to the promises Elohim made to Israel through Abraham (a Gentile); that is, through Abraham would come One who would be a blessing to every family of the Earth (Genesis 12:3); both Jew (Israelite) and Gentile.
The blessings promised Israel through Moses’ inspired writings (Torah) were, in large part, contingent upon National obedience (Deuteronomy 28); unfortunately, Israel failed Elohim; Israel conspired to murder their Messiah upon a tree and rejected the New Covenant, the Gospel, the Great Commission thus blaspheming the Holy Spirit and insulting the Father; therefore, Israel has fallen under divine judgment (Romans 11:25); consequently, only a mere “remnant” of Israel’s children will escape destruction in Hell due their rejection of Messiah (then and now) and their ancestors insistence that Messiah’s blood be upon them and their children (Isaiah 10:22; Romans 9:27; Matthew 27:27).
The promises and covenants relevant to Israel and the “grafting” of the Gentile into those promises and covenants are ALL fulfilled in Jesus and their divine fulfillment is realized in the life of a Christian ONLY by faith in Jesus as Messiah and the daily work of sanctification via the indwelling Holy Spirit as promised in the New Covenant spoken of by both Jeremiah and Ezekiel; therefore, the only true “grafting” has manifest through the Messiah and the promises made to Israel have been realized through faith via the Gospel; this, having little to do with one’s identification with Israel but ONLY through the Messiah who emanated through Israel’s child, Judah. I am NOT saved from Hell by Israel or his children, I am saved and grafted into the promises of Elohim through faith in Messiah Jesus who chose to enter Time through Israel’s offspring…this is my “grafting” as a Christian.
What is the “true” grafting?
The true, divine, grafting is the imputation-gifting of Jesus’ divine perfection over my life by faith in Jesus as LORD by which I am declared “not guilty” by my Heavenly Father and consequently welcomed into the family of Elohim as His child (2 Corinthians 5:21).

You can’t make this stuff up. Rickey D. Holtsclaw, a Houston, Texas police officer for almost thirty-two years, was recently forced to retire because of his insistence on enforcing ordinances restricting obnoxious motorcycle noise. Officer Holtsclaw faced pressure within the Houston police department and from pro-noise motorcyclists to stop enforcing the law. Officer Holtsclaw received little or no support from elected officials in Houston.
Holtsclaw decided to start issuing tickets to what he perceived as “loud motorcycles”. After a few months of writing tickets caught the attention of his commanding Patrol Sergeant who ordered him to cease issuing those kinds of tickets. He explained that the law is so vague that it is unenforceable. However, Holtsclaw broke orders and continued on his mission to silence Houston.
According to Holtsclaw it was the upper levels of the Houston Police Department, Mayor Annise Parker, Houston’s City Council, and Houston’s Legal Department that forced him into retirement.
Enjoy your freedom while it lasts Houston, because you know for every one like this guy there is another around the corner just waiting.

I was never “forced to retire” as I honorably served the citizens of Houston, Texas for 31 years and had, years previous to my retirement, relocated my family OUT of the Hell-Hole known as Houston and Houston/Katy ISD; this, in preparation for retirement. I retired from the Houston PD because my Christian, conservative, worldview no longer resonated or “fit” into the WOKE, Liberal, Politically Correct experiment, that had invaded the Houston PD like a metastasizing malignancy for the previous two decades.
While assigned to the Westside Division, I policed 20G80’s beat which focused on the Westheimer and SH 6 vicinity; this area was home to two thug biker bars, one located on Highway 6 which I facilitated the closure of same and a second LOUD thug biker bar on Westheimer’s extension into Harris County SR1093. Due to the LOUD biker thugs that frequented these biker bars, my area of responsibility was inundated with LOUD biker, auto, truck, thuggery; an unlawful, bullying, irresponsible, behavior that destroyed the daily quality of life for millions; recklessly harmed and injured the physiological and psychological well-being of the children, the elderly, the handicapped, the families, dwelling, working, in my area of responsibility; therefore, I took the initiative to STOP the vehicular NOISE abuse.
My weak and progressive City and Police Administration indeed lacked the courage to stand with me; this was due to Houston’s obsessive concerns with liability and fear of lawsuits; these concerns trumping Houston PD’s primary objective: protection of the citizenry. LOUD thug bikers in Houston organized twice and rode en mass to Houston’s City Hall and whined, cried, threatened, the Mayor and the Council Members, and warned that if my lawful and protective enforcement efforts were not stopped, perhaps they should be removed from office. Houston’s Administration cowed like defenseless children. Shameful and embarrassing.
My Westside patrol sergeant indeed ordered me to stop issuing citations for vehicular noise. What the MRF’s letter does not clarify is the fact that this same Westside sergeant drove an illegally LOUD, obnoxiously LOUD, racing Corvette to roll-call at 6 a.m. and thereby violated the rights and quality of life of millions during his commute. What the Motorcycle Riders Foundation letter does not say is that I presented this corrupted and “compromised” supervisor with legal precedent (Aaron C. Aguilar v. State of Texas 2008) that undergirded, substantiated, my vehicular noise enforcement efforts and the “supervisor’s” order was consequently summarily overturned by Houston’s City Legal Department; therefore, I continued to stop, cite, incarcerate, every LOUD vehicular NOISE THUG possible.
It is true that the City of Houston, due to incredible numbers of false Internal Affairs accusations against me by LOUD biker thugs, issued a notice that all officers were to cease issuing citations via City Ordinance 30-3 due to “void for vagueness” concerns; therefore, I began using Texas Motor Vehicle State Law 547.604 “Muffler Required” that requires the generic element of “to prevent excessive and unusual noise” which some also considered “void for vagueness” to which I counted that argument with the Federal Law, Code of Federal Regulations 40 CFR 205, which restricts motorcycle noise, light to medium duty trucks, to a relatively quiet and safe 80dB(A) and requires specific labels for motorcycle mufflers and frames denoting compliance with the 80dB(A) total motorcycle noise emissions mandated by the US EPA.
My argument was and is that any motorcycle emitting noise greater than OEM-factory installed violated the Texas Muffler Statue 547.604; unfortunately, the City of Houston’s Municipal Court had NOT taken the initiative to draft a “legal complaint” facilitating the use of Texas 547.604; this, probably due to Houston’s lust for the monies garnered by ordinance enforcement, monies that were shared with the State when a State Law was used to enforce traffic laws. With that said, a Westside supervisor took the initiative, on my behalf, to engage the City of Houston Municipal Court and then draft a legal complaint allowing my enforcement of Texas 547.604.
The upper levels of Houston’s Police Department were indeed far too cowardly to support my efforts to bring peace and tranquility to the roadways in my area of responsibility but the Municipal Judge who adjudicated my NUMEROUS vehicular noise citations did support my lawful efforts as I maintained a 99.9% conviction rate for all vehicular noise cases brought to trial; this, even though I was required to have protection present in my courtroom during some trials due to the threats of the thug LOUD biker cult[ure] in Houston.
With that said, I retired from the Houston PD due to the shame of working for a weak, progressive, politically correct, administration that was too cowardly and compromised to protect the citizens I took an oath to protect and serve. If the Houston PD had provided the same support offered by the Municipal Judge who analyzed the vehicular noise cases and adjudicated them in the affirmative, I would have shut down the vehicular NOISE plague in Houston, Texas. I could have easily begun a task force targeting illegally LOUD motorcycles, automobiles, and trucks that destroy the daily quality of life for millions in Houston, daily and nightly. I could have STOPPED the LOUD vehicular NOISE thugs who abuse children, the elderly, and the handicapped, with “not for road use” and “racing only” aftermarket exhausts on motorcycles and illegal modifications to OEM muffler systems on trucks and automobiles.
The Motorcycle Rider’s Foundation should be ashamed of themselves for their advocacy of LOUD motorcycle thuggery that mocks the Federal Code of Federal Regulations and State Laws enacted specifically for the protection of, the health and welfare of, the daily quality of life of, our children, the elderly, our handicapped, our families. If you ride or drive LOUDER than the OEM-factory installed equipment, you’re a bully thug and your intrusive, dangerous, unlawful, bully behavior does NOT belong on our public roadways. Vehicular noise laws were enacted for the protection and daily quality of life of the American citizen, no one has a “right” to abuse and audibly assault the American citizen with unlawful vehicular NOISE!
Somehow and for some reason, perhaps innate narcissism due the Adamic Fall, humanity considers itself far more relevant and important than same actually is. You think yourself something special in the grand scheme of things concerning our Creator, His creation narrative, Elohim’s eschatological will concerning the current war between good v. evil that rages around us and permeates our very existence. YOU ARE NOT!!!
You were born into war for a specific purpose; you were born in Time because of war and you will die in Time and your body will rot away due WAR and its consequences; you might NOT like it, you obviously don’t understand it or believe it but the reality of this Spiritual War exists and that war has been relegated to Time and physics (Genesis 3:15; 1 John 3:8b); fact is, you’re fading away by the minute like a vapor breathed upon a mirror on a cold winters morning (James 4:14) – YOU ARE IRRELEVANT in the grand scheme of things as Elohim restores order and peace to His Kingdom as a result of the hate and rebellion and death and destruction of the god you serve in your foolish atheism, nihilism, unbelief; your god’s name is Satan (2 Corinthians 4:4).

What kind of “man” or “woman” modifies a motorcycle, auto or truck to emit illegal NOISE in multiples (logarithmic) of the mandated, relatively safe, 80dB(A) Federal limitation then proceeds out onto a public roadway and uses that illegal, dangerous, intrusive, destructive, NOISE to destroy the daily quality of life of children, the elderly, our handicapped, our families?
Is this illegal and defiant behavior not indicative of a mental and spiritual illness? Should not the offender be arrested for assault and his/her offending vehicle impounded and forced compliance initiated?
Motor vehicle noise is regulated for cause, for health and quality of life concerns, why not enforce existing motor vehicle NOISE laws, both federal and state, enacted for the protection of the American citizen?

Here in Florida, and in every other State in the United States, exists a hoard, a faction, a VEHICULAR NOISE CULT, of men and women who have internalized a warped sense of freedom; essentially, a form of mental and spiritual illness, that is displayed by their total lack of respect for the motor vehicle noise laws; both Federal and State, as these miscreant hoard of vehicular NOISE bullies knowingly and willingly audibly assault, bully, injure, destroy the daily quality of life of every child, the elderly, the handicapped, every man and woman they abuse, daily and nightly, with their illegally LOUD, illegally equipped, motor vehicle; this, whether that vehicle is an illegally LOUD, illegally equipped, motorcycle, auto or truck operating in excess of the legal, safe, mandated, 80dB(A) as per the Code of Federal Regulations; this federally mandated noise restriction legislated subsequent extensive testing by government entities around the World quantifying and verifying the deleterious effects of unregulated motor vehicle noise upon human and animal physiology.
Freedom is NOT the absence of all moral and ethical restraints and the United States Federal Government via the Noise Control Act of 1972 and Title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations has restricted the vast majority of motor vehicles operated on the public roadways of the United States to a relatively quiet 80dB(A); this, for the safety and daily quality of life of the majority. The LOUD Biker Cult[ure], the LOUD Auto and Truck Cult[ure] in Florida and around the United States therefore has no legal, ethical, moral, right to violate those motor vehicle noise laws (Federal and State and Local) enacted for the protection of America’s most innocent and the misfeasance, malfeasance, ignorance, ineptitude, compromise, laziness, graft, of America’s governors, mayors, commissioners, law enforcement leadership, law enforcement officers, is wrong, embarrassing, inexcusable, unacceptable.
Vehicular NOISE is ENERGY and when that ENERGY in excess of 80dB(A) is forced upon America’s most innocent via the operation of an illegally LOUD motor vehicle, the culprit initiating this audible assault should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law and if law enforcement will not intercede and STOP the audible abuse, perhaps the “men” of America should step-up and STOP the bullying of our most innocent? Why are America’s “men” allowing these “in your face” vehicular NOISE bullies to abuse our most innocent void recompense?
