Elohim’s motive concerning Sinai, the Commandments (written code) given Israel’s children via Moses v. Elohim’s New Covenant promises through Messiah and the Holy Spirit via the Spiritual Law (Romans 2:14-15)…

Premise: Inquiry: Seeing that the totality of the angels and humanity, their behavior, attitude, thoughts, motives, were and are arbitrated, judged, by the “spiritual law,” what could possibly be Elohim’s motive for the codification of portions of the spiritual law; that is, why a written code, given at Sinai in stone tablets and the 603 Mosaic Laws scratched upon parchment all provided the children of Israel via a Law Covenant?

First of all, for clarification, no one who seeks the Kingdom of God through law-keeping, Commandment keeping, self-righteousness through vain attempts to keep the written code or the spiritual code, will enter therein but these “workers of iniquity” (Matthew 7:21-23) are cursed to death in Hell due self-righteousness in the absence of faith (Romans 3:20; Galatians 2:16; Ephesians 2:8-9; Galatians 3:10).

Second, the Sinai Commandments are nothing new or novel, they’re simply an abbreviated codification, a written form, of the “law of conscience” (Romans 2:14-15), the spiritual law, that has been extant as an arbiter of free will from the creation of the angels forward.

So then, why Sinai, why codification in stone by Yahweh and ordinances scratched upon parchment by Moses?

The Decalogue, the Sinai Commandments, contain relevant codified, written behavioral proscriptive specificity for Israel’s children as they were sanctified (set apart) by Yahweh for His eschatological purposes. The Hebrew Tribes were to be holy as Yahweh is holy (Leviticus 19-20); this, while these Tribes were inundated with paganism serving pagan gods; therefore, Yahweh codified certain specific laws in stone (10) and on parchment (603), laws that directly addressed the defiled behavior of the pagan tribes that relentlessly sought Israel’s compromise; this, to buffer or provide sanctification, a bulwark, against Israel’s compromise with pagan gods which would have stymied Yahweh’s eschatological will through these Tribes; specifically, the introduction of His Messiah to the World through Judah and the fulfillment of His promise to Abraham that through Messiah and the children of Israel, Abraham’s seed would “be a blessing to every family of the Earth” (Genesis 12:3b); this, to be ultimately fulfilled via the Great Commission, an ordination, a Commissioning that was to be received by Israel’s children through their Messiah (Matthew 15:24) who would then proselytize the entire Earth in the “Good News” of the Father’s plan of reconciliation by grace through faith i.e. the Gospel; unfortunately, Israel’s children rejected the New Covenant; rejected the Gospel; rejected Messiah; conspired to murder Messiah; therefore, the Gentiles were, by default, given custody of the Great Commission (Romans 11:25; Acts 13:46; Matthew 28).

Sinai – Torah are Israel’s property under the Law Covenant as is the Sabbath edict given Israel beginning in Exodus 16; this, for Israel’s sanctification (a setting apart) from paganism, idolatry.

Third, the codification of the “spiritual law” in stone and on parchment has become a tutor (Galatians 3:24) to point Israel’s children to their need for Messiah. The discerning Jew and Israelite will interpret the mandates of the Law Covenant; that is, perfection in obedience and sacrifice (James 2:10) and the curse of the written code for violations of its precepts (Galatians 3:10) and logically come to the conclusion that no one attains covenant with the Father through law (Romans 3:20); therefore, their need for an Intercessor, a need for Messiah Yeshua by faith (Romans 10); consequently, the Jew or Israelite who rejects Yeshua will be “without excuse” when they stand in the Judgment of the Condemned (Revelation 20:11-15).

The Christian and Torah,

As a Christian, I am NOT under the Law Covenant given specifically to Israel and sojourners with them (Romans 6:14); as a Christian in the New Covenant, I seek obedience to the indwelling Holy Spirit gifted me by covenant promise as a resultant of faith in Jesus as my Messiah (Ezekiel 36; Jeremiah 31; Hebrews 8-10; John 3; Ephesians 1:13-14). As a Christian, I don’t pursue the written code given specifically to Israel and sojourners with them under Law, but I seek the Holy Spirit’s wisdom, Truth via sanctification in my daily life as the Spirit produces “fruit” (Galatians 5) through my redeemed conscience (2 Corinthians 5:17), fruit that actually pleases the Father through the enlivening of the “spiritual law” written upon my heart at conception and infused within the human genome on Day-6 (Galatians 5).

As a Christian, I don’t live my daily life enslaved to the law of sin and death (Romans 8:2 – Sinai – Law of Moses) but I live in freedom in Messiah via the indwelling Holy Spirit who methodically guides my life in the Father’s will through the “spiritual law” written upon my heart and arbitrated by the indwelling Holy Spirit via my conscience, my conscience that is redeemed by faith in Jesus (Romans 7:6; 2 Corinthians 5:17; Romans 5:1). The “spiritual law” being an eternal law that will never pass away as free will remains extant throughout Eternity.

Pleasing the Father through Law? Written code (Sinai) v. Spiritual Code (Romans 2:14-15)

If one desires to honor both the written code and spiritual code they must first initiate covenant with the Father by faith in the Son, Jesus Christ, and receive the indwelling Holy Spirit (John 3; Ephesians 1:13-14) who enlivens the spiritual law written upon their heart at conception (Romans 2:14-15) and the Holy Spirit then uses the redeemed conscience of the faithful in Christ (2 Corinthians 5:17) and produces “fruit” in their life that fulfills both the written code and the spiritual code (Galatians 5), something the Old Covenant could not do due to the weakness of the sin-nature inherited from Adam (Romans 8; Romans 5:12).

Jesus said you would know them by their “fruit” (Matthew 7:15-20). The Christian is not enslaved to the written code (Romans 7:6; Romans 6:14) but serves in the newness of the Spirit through faith in Jesus via the spiritual law via the redeemed conscience; this by New Covenant promise (Ezekiel 36; Jeremiah 31; Hebrews 8:1-13).

The Father is NOT pleased with self-righteousness through Law-Keeping; that is, anyone who seeks covenant with the Father through vain efforts to keep laws, ordinances, days, diets, is cursed (Galatians 3:10); the Father IS PLEASED with the one who loves and believes in the Son, Jesus Christ, and walks daily in obedience to the precious Holy Spirit (Galatians 5:16). This is spiritual wisdom employed and actuated by faith.

Jewish-Israeli Pride, Arrogance, that deceives the soul en route to Hell in unbelief…

Repeatedly, Israel’s children insist that the Scriptures, their relevance, pertains only to the Jew and Israelite; this is eternal error.

Israel failed, they broke covenant; they rejected the Gospel brought specifically to them by Messiah Jesus; Israel blasphemed the Holy Spirit; Israel murdered Messiah and demanded that His blood be upon them and their children (Matthew 27:25); Israel made themselves irrelevant concerning Elohim’s eschatological plan due to their unbelief and in their self-righteousness through enslavement to Torah Law; therefore, Yahweh honored Israel’s free will decision to break covenant and Yahweh pivoted and for 2000-years, subsequent Messiah’s murder for alleged blasphemy, Elohim has dealt with the Gentiles concerning the Gospel message while Israel has remained under judgment, spiritually blind, spiritually deaf, spiritually dead, confined in Sheol-torments and headed to death in Hell in unbelief (Isaiah 10:22; Romans 9:27).

Israel’s children naively believe that heritage impresses the Father and that all of Israel will be saved because of their once upon a time sanctification for Yahweh’s eschatological purposes, a Great Commission and blessing to every family of the Earth (Genesis 12:3b), a Great Commission that Israel rejected but Israel’s blind attitude and arrogance of spiritual superiority is a Jewish, Israeli, fairy-tale; the truth is, if a Jew or Israeli man or woman denies Yeshua as Messiah, that Jew or Israelite will perish in Hell along side every Gentile that denies Jesus Christ as their Messiah; this, irrespective of their Shemite heritage (John 14:6; John 8:24).

Moses v. Paul? Catholicism and the Canon…which came first? A brief discussion in response to Rabbinical error…

The Canon of Scripture is before us in the Realm of Time due to the authority and will of the Father through the Holy Spirit. Every jot and tittle is inspired by God the Holy Spirit and articulates the Father’s eschatological will for Time and Eternity.

Catholicism and the Canon of Scripture,

The first “Canon” known to historians is the “Muratorian Canon” (Circa 180AD) predating the Edict of Milan by some 130-years. Roman Emperor Constantine initiated the Catholic Religious Cult via the “Edict of Milan” in 312-313AD via a merging of Babylonian/Roman paganism with elements of Apocryphal non-Christian doctrine subtly sprinkled with elements of Christian doctrine to attract the masses to a state religion with the political motive of better control and authority over the burgeoning Empire; therefore, contrary to secular and religious opinion, Catholicism did not provide Christianity the Scriptures but corrupted same through infusing a works doctrine via The Mass, the Eucharist (Transubstantiation), Indulgences, the Magisterium, Mary Worship-Idolatry. Catholicism is the World’s 2nd-largest religious cult, second only to Islam.

Concerning Moses v. Paul,

Paul’s writings via Messiah Jesus and the Holy Spirit (Galatians 1:12) are superior to Moses as Moses offers you death through Law (Romans 3:20) and Paul offers you life through Messiah by faith (Romans 10:9-10).

If you follow Moses you will die in Hell through self-righteousness in pursuit of law-keeping (Romans 3:20; Romans 10); if you observe Paul’s writings concerning Messiah’s Gospel, you will live eternally by faith in Messiah Jesus through Covenant Promise (John 3:16; Hebrews 8:12).

What is the “Law of the Spirit of Life” in the New Covenant? (Romans 8:2) Does this law make void Sinai’s Commandments?

The Sinai Commandments (the written code) provided Israel’s children are NOT nullified or voided by the Law of the Spirit of Life but they are applied differently and successfully in the New Covenant; that is, the “law of conscience” (Romans 2:14-15), which is the root of the written code given Israel at Sinai, is applied to the life of the redeemed in Jesus through the indwelling Holy Spirit (Ephesians 1:13-14; Romans 7:14); that is, the indwelling Holy Spirit takes the law written upon our heart at conception and enlivens that law through the redeemed conscience (2 Corinthians 5:17) and the Spirit produces “fruit” through the redeemed in Jesus and this “fruit” fulfills, accomplishes, all that the law demands and thereby pleases the Father (Romans 7:14).

In the New Covenant, no longer is a man or woman enslaved to a written code that demands perfection (Romans 7:14; James 2:10) from the sin-nature which inevitably culminates in failure, condemnation, cursing (Galatians 3:10) as manifest in the old Law Covenant (Romans 8:1-11), but in the New Covenant, the Holy Spirit is our Law-Giver through the redeemed conscience and every moral, ethical, decision is filtered through the Spirit’s wisdom and tutorship (Galatians 5:16) and made applicable to the daily life of the redeemed in Jesus.

Law v. Covenant Relationship,

It is not our self-righteousness through vain attempts at law-keeping that initiates covenant with the Father but it is faith in the work of Jesus at Golgotha and HIS sinless perfection having been imputed into our life that initiates covenant and the Father declares us “not guilty” by New Covenant promise (2 Corinthians 5:21; Hebrews 8:12).

Therefore, Christians don’t walk daily seeking obedience to a written code (Romans 6:14) but the Christian walks by the Spirit producing righteous “fruit” that fulfills the Father’s will and pleases Him through obedience which is a resultant of faith in His Son, Jesus Christ (Galatians 5:16), a faith that reconciles and provides peace with the Father, forever (Romans 5:1).

Sabbatarianism – a works cult of the SDA, Hebrew Roots fanaticism; therefore, Christian…runaway with haste…

The Sabbath Day was never given as an edict to anyone until Moses received it from Yahweh in Exodus 16 and at that juncture in Time, Yahweh was compelled to provide detailed instructions to Moses as to how this Sabbath edict would be observed, why? Because no prior precedent existed as the Sabbath was never an edict until it was given specifically to the Hebrew Tribes as a sign of sanctification (a setting apart) between Yahweh and Israel’s children and those who sojourned with Israel under Law. The Sabbath edict; in fact, the entire Sinai Commandments, were given solely to Israel and those who sojourned with Israel under Law. These Commandments were given Israel’s children to sanctify them, to negate their compromise with paganism that surrounded them and inundated their ranks.

Never has a Gentile, lest under the Law Covenant, been commanded to observe Israel’s Sabbath nor is a Messianic Jew or Israelite commanded to observe a Sabbath as Messiah Jesus is the fulfillment of all the Sabbath foreshadowed (Hebrews 4). Sabbatarianism, the SDA, Hebrew Roots fanaticism, is a works cult; therefore, runaway.

The Holy Spirit sanctified the First-Day at Pentecost for the Christian Church; enjoy your freedom in Jesus Christ to honor any day or every day as a Day unto our Lord for His glory (Acts 2; Colossians 2:16; Romans 14).

Must I believe that Jesus Christ is Elohim, God, I AM, to be saved from the “second death” in Hell?

Salvation, an eternal New Covenant relationship with the Father resulting in forgiveness of sin and life in eternity, is attained by repentance (an acknowledgement of one’s sin and a sincere desire to turn away from a sinful lifestyle) and grace (unmerited favor unattainable through human effort – a divine gift) through faith-trust-belief with a sincere heart that Jesus Christ is Messiah who gave His life, shed His innocent blood, to pay your sin-debt for you, a sin-debt owed the Father that you could never pay yourself as you are a sinner in need of Jesus as your Intercessor (Romans 3; Romans 5:12; John 3; Romans 10:9-10).

The Deity of Jesus,

Though it is not initially essential that one believe Jesus Christ is Elohim, our Creator, I AM, God, to initiate covenant with the Father (Genesis 1; John 1; Hebrews 1; Colossians 1), it is a divine TRUTH that anyone who has entered into New Covenant relationship with the Father by faith in the Son, Jesus Christ; this man or woman, having received the indwelling Holy Spirit as Guarantor and Seal of that covenant relationship (Ephesians 1:13-14), will KNOW and understand the NECESSITY for the deity of Messiah Jesus (John 8:24); this, because the Holy Spirit teaches and clarifies the divine nature of the Son, Jesus Christ, and if one does not comprehend and acknowledge that Jesus is Elohim subsequent redemption, they do not possess the Holy Spirit and anyone absent the indwelling Holy Spirit is NOT in covenant with the Father and if one is not in covenant with the Father they remain in their sin and are steadfastly navigating the Path to Hell in that sin (John 8:24).

The Holy Spirit, Knowledge of Messiah’s Deity, differentiating the Christian from the World?

Your denial of what the Holy Spirit empathically, clearly, teaches is eternally relevant and eternally devastating. The knowledge and acknowledgment that Jesus Christ is Elohim, our Creator and Messiah (Genesis 1; John 1; Hebrews 1; Colossians 1) is the eternal differentiation between those who are truly redeemed by faith in Jesus Christ from those existing in the deception of a cult, a religion, a sect, atheism, secular humanism – the difference between life and death, eternally. Anyone who does not see and confidently acknowledge that Jesus Christ is Deity is not redeemed and therefore dying in their sin (John 8:24).

Did Elohim remove the New Covenant’s Gospel from Israel and give that Covenant to the Gentiles or did the Gospel Covenant belong to the Gentiles all along?

Elohim removed the New Covenant from Israel in response to Israel’s unbelief, their murder of Messiah and insistence that Messiah’s blood be upon them and their children (Matthew 27:25); overwhelmingly, Elohim’s covenants with Israel were predicated upon National obedience (Deuteronomy 28); in fact, the Gospel is the default of Elohim’s original plan in the Genesis narrative; that is, a sinless humanity, eternal life, as an example to both the fallen and faithful angelic creation of the benefits, the necessity, for obedience; this, as Elohim endeavored to restore peace and holiness to His Kingdom, destroy the works of the Devil (1 John 3:8b), while simultaneously maintaining volitional love and relationship with His treasured, faithful, angelic creation; unfortunately, man “chose” a different path and the Gospel was ordained “before Time began” (2 Timothy 1:8-10) as a potential default, an alternative response, to man’s failures; in this, Elohim Himself succeeded where man failed.

Elohim’s eschatological plan subsequent Adam’s fall was to set-apart a people group through whom He would “destroy the works of the Devil” (1 John 3:8b) through His own selfless love (Genesis 3:21) but the Adamic and Noahic generations fell into unconscionable demonically influenced defilement; therefore, Elohim refused to set-apart a people group from those wicked generations through whom He would introduce His Messiah to the World; therefore, Elohim destroyed all but eight by water and He began anew through Noah and Noah’s family; in fact, it is particularly interesting to note that Elohim was distraught, sorry, grieved, that He had made man upon the Earth (Genesis 6) at that violent, debased, juncture in Time.

The promised Messiah,

With much patience, Elohim brought forth His Messiah through Noah, Shem, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob (Israel); specifically, Jacob’s son, Judah; Elohim desired to fulfill His promise to Abraham (Genesis 12:3b) through Israel’s children; therefore, Elohim in Messiah came specifically to the “lost sheep of Israel” (Matthew 15:24) to proselytize them in the Gospel message but Israel’s children via their own volition failed Elohim by rejecting His Messiah and the Gospel in lieu of pursuing self-righteousness through Torah Law (Romans 10); therefore, Elohim honored Israel’s free will choice and pivoted and has used the Gentile Nations (non-Jew/not related to Israel) to take His Gospel to the World in preparation for the impending Tribulation Era, the Millennial Reign, Judgment, the New Jerusalem (Romans 11:25).

The Gospel, Free Will observed, articulated,

Elohim has faithfully honored free will infused within both His angelic and human creation; this, by necessity, as love and relationship with the Father could not exist void volition; that is, the freedom to choose to love our Creator or deny Him; this, as intimacy is completely reliant upon free will/volition.

Elohim has never violated the necessity for “free will” but through His omnipotence, Elohim has worked through and around both the angelic and man’s free will choices to accomplish His perfect eschatological will; this, while successfully “destroying the works of the Devil” through self-less love demonstrated by Messiah at Golgotha (1 John 3:8b; John 19:30).

Conclusion – Immutability

Does Elohim change (Malachi 3:6)? No, but mankind does and Elohim responds accordingly always with His eschatological plan in focus and that eschatological plan is the restoration of holiness and order in His Kingdom, holiness and order disrupted by a rebellious cherub angel; this, before Time began, this rebellious scenario as the initiator of the temporary Realm of Time, matter, the human genome, as a temporary physical repository for an unfathomable spiritual war that rages through us and around us, daily; this spiritual war, the resultant of free will; ultimately, the Lion from the Tribe of Judah is victorious irrespective of man’s free will choices and man’s failures due to the sin-nature inherited from our father, Adam (Revelation 5:5; Romans 5:12; 1 John 5:19). Everyone who believes-trusts in Messiah Jesus as their Lord will share in Elohim’s victory, forever (John 3:16).

New Covenant Gospel manifest in one’s daily life?

When one is born again by faith in Yeshua as their Messiah and they receive the Holy Spirit as the Guarantor of that New Covenant relationship with the Father (John 3; Ephesians 1:13-14), they become a “new creation” (2 Corinthians 5:17) and the Holy Spirit begins a work of redemption, sanctification, in their life via the redeemed conscience.

The Christian does not walk daily thinking about law, ordinances, food, days, customs, but their conscience is captured and controlled, their moral decisions arbitrated by the indwelling Holy Spirit and their discernment is guided in the ways of holiness and righteousness through the “fruit” that the Spirit produces within the inner man; therefore, they’re not enslaved to law but walk in peace with the Father through the Spirit (Romans 5:1; Galatians 5). This is the New Covenant Gospel employed by grace through faith.

Concerning the stubbornness, blindness, deception, of the Jew, the Israelite, the Hebrew Roots fanatic, the legalist, who incessantly insists that “commandment keeping” is the path to life and covenant…

YES, Jesus did say that if you love Him you will keep HIS commandments, but who keeps those commandments and how is this accomplished, through self-righteousness or obedience to the Holy Spirit? (John 14:15).

Simply put, you don’t understand the working of the New Covenant and how obedience to the Father’s will is manifest NOT through law keeping but obedience to the indwelling Holy Spirit (Galatians 2:16; Ephesians 2:8-9; Romans 3:20; Romans 7:6).

You refuse to see the eternal superiority of the Gospel of Grace through Faith, the Gospel’s work through the redeemed conscience (2 Corinthians 5:17) as opposed to the written code given Israel as Sinai, a written code that demanded obedience from an unredeemed sin-nature doomed to failure (Romans 8:1-11).

Unfortunately, and partially due the judgment on the House of Israel for unbelief and rejection of Messiah’s Gospel (Romans 11:25), you will not listen, you will not think, you will not consider anything outside the box of Sinai and Moses and self-righteousness through law.

Law of the Spirit of Life, His superiority in all things…

Those redeemed by faith in Jesus Christ as their Messiah who died for them and was resurrected for their justification leading to enteral life, these are “not under Law but under grace” (Romans 6:14). This means that the redeemed in Jesus who have approached the Father by faith-trust-belief in the Son are made “positionally right” NOT by works of the Law but by “GRACE” (a gift of imputed righteousness) through faith in Messiah’s righteousness earned for us at Golgotha (2 Corinthians 5:21). Subsequent this covenant relationship with the Father having been established by GRACE through FAITH, the indwelling Holy Spirit, given as a Guarantor of that covenant (Ephesians 1:13-14), begins a work of righteousness in the inner man of the redeemed; this work by the Spirit is done solely through the redeemed conscience; that is, the “new creation” in Christ (2 Corinthians 5:17) where the emphasis is NOT the written code or conformity to same but the emphasis is the producing of “fruit” and against this “fruit of the Spirit” there is no LAW or written code as all law, the Father’s perfect will, is fulfilled completely and eternally by this “fruit” in one’s life (Galatians 5; Matthew 7:15-20).

Christians don’t live their daily life pursuing a written code of laws-ordinances-mandates as given Israel but they listen attentively to the indwelling Holy Spirit working through their redeemed conscience via the “law of conscience” written upon their heart (Romans 2:14-15); this law of conscience is arbitrated by the Spirit working through the redeemed conscience and is therefore attentive to the moral decisions of the redeemed, instantaneously provides divine wisdom and guidance in EVERY MORAL DECISION MADE EVERY SECOND OF THE DAY AND NIGHT, FOREVER.

It is the instantaneous, divine intercession of the Holy Spirit working through the conscience that makes the Law of the Spirit of Life infinitely superior to the Law of Sin and Death (Romans 8:1-3) as the Law of Sin and Death is subject to a seared conscience; subject to obfuscation and compromise via the sin-nature but the Law of the Spirit works with the redeemed conscience producing fruit that actually pleases the Father, eternally.

Christians who understand their place in the Kingdom of God through covenant, a covenant established by grace through faith in Jesus Christ, weary of your constant and unrelenting insistence that the law of ordinances you worship is the path to the Father’s heart when that law is your condemnation and it will ultimately curse you to death in Hell (Romans 3:20; Galatians 3:10; James 2:10; 1 Timothy 1:9; Galatians 2:16).

Your only hope for life in the Kingdom of God is faith in Yeshua, Jesus Christ, as your Messiah (John 14:6).

Keep in Step with the Spirit
