Why do the children of Jacob continue to boast in their heritage and blaspheme Yeshua as irrelevant?
Jesus did indeed go to the lost sheep of Israel (Matthew 15:24) but Israel’s children rejected Jesus; Israel’s children rejected the Gospel message of the New Covenant established in Jesus’ blood (Matthew 26:28); Israel’s children falsely accused Jesus of blasphemy and conspired with the Roman authorities to murder Jesus upon a tree; Israel’s children demanded that Messiah’s blood be upon them and their children (Matthew 27:25). To this very day, an overwhelming number of Israel’s children live and perish in rebellion to God’s will in Jesus Christ (John 6:29).
Israel’s mission by covenant promise (Genesis 12:3) was to be “a blessing to every family of the Earth” through Messiah as Israel would take the New Covenant message of grace through faith concerning sin and forgiveness to all Nations of the Earth via the Great Commission (Matthew 28); but again, Israel failed God and rejected His message, His written word and His Living Word, Jesus Christ; therefore, the New Covenant, the Gospel, was given to the Gentiles (Romans 11) and though God will be faithful to His covenant promise concerning Israel and a “remnant” of Israel will be saved in the last days (Isaiah 10:22; Romans 9:27), your Jewishness, your affiliation with Jacob, will NOT save you from the “second death” in Perdition; you must be “born again” by faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord believing that Jesus died for you to pay your sin-debt or you will not partake of the Heavenly Gift and the promises of God available only by faith in Jesus Christ as Lord (John 3; John 14:6).
The “heathen” have inherited by faith; the Jew and Israelite have inherited hopelessness due to self-righteousness through Law while rejecting the righteousness of Yeshua by faith.
Does Revelation 21 suggest that the impure, the sinner, workers of iniquity, will be present on the New Earth within the New Jerusalem?
It is written,
24 And the nations of them which are saved shall walk in the light of it: and the kings of the earth do bring their glory and honour into it.
25 And the gates of it shall not be shut at all by day: for there shall be no night there.
26 And they shall bring the glory and honour of the nations into it.
27 And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb’s book of life. Revelation 21:24-27 (KJV)
Some suggest that the sinful, those who reject Jesus Christ as Mediator for their sin, will escape the final judgment of Revelation 20:11-15 and enter the New Heaven and New Earth and that sin and iniquity will be present there. Is this correct?
The Holy Spirit does not say that iniquity exists in the Kingdom of God but that the potential exists for iniquity due to free will which is extant by necessity. There will be nothing impure allowed to enter the Kingdom of God as God will NOT allow evil to exist in His presence due to His absolute holiness and due to the destruction that is inextricably linked to disobedience/sin. All impurity has been cleansed by fire (2 Peter 3:10) the dross of impurity removed (Revelation 20:10-15). The passage never says that there is iniquity present in the Kingdom of God but that same will never enter the Kingdom though we know that iniquity was once present and it was extricated and dealt with here on Earth through the Gospel by Jesus Christ at Golgotha (Luke 10:18; 1 John 3:8b).
Free will remains extant in the Kingdom by necessity and our existence in Time, the tangible observation, the experiential relevance, of unfathomable horror and suffering resulting from iniquity acts as a bulwark against future rebellion. Will the possibility of rebellion and sin be present in the New Jerusalem? Of course, as the angels and the redeemed possess free will but the previous 6000-years of unfathomable suffering, death, sorrow, will be an ever-present deterrent as will our redemption and our new-nature (2 Corinthians 5:17) integral and amplified with/by our resurrected bodies fashioned after the glorious body or our Lord Jesus Christ (Philippians 3:21).
There will be no desire to return to the former things that have passed away in sorrow as that which God has prepared for those who love Him will surpass all human expectation and the focus of the Kingdom will be God’s glory and honoring Him as our King (1 Corinthians 2:9).
The Simplicity of Grace through Faith in Jesus as Lord yet “many” will die the “second death” in Hell, why?
Jesus said,
13 “Enter through the narrow gate; for the gate is wide and the way is broad that leads to destruction, and there are many who enter through it. 14 For the gate is narrow and the way is constricted that leads to life, and there are few who find it.” Matthew 7:13-14 (NASB)
16 “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only Son, so that everyone who believes in Him will not perish, but have eternal life. 17 For God did not send the Son into the world to judge the world, but so that the world might be saved through Him. 18 The one who believes in Him is not judged; the one who does not believe has been judged already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God.” John 3:16-18 (NASB)
Why will “many” suffer the “second death” in Hell?
Concerning Israel,
First, unfortunately and tragically, many of Israel’s children will not be named among the “remnant” saved from Hell in the last days through belief in Messiah Yeshua as they refuse to remove the veil of unbelief that masks their ability to “see” resulting from the Jewish Blood Curse of their forefathers who demanded that Messiah’s blood be upon them and their children; tragic because that veil is lifted when a Jew or Israelite steps-out in “faith” and believes with a sincere heart that Yeshua is Messiah who died for them (Matthew 27; Romans 9:27; Isaiah 10:22; Romans 11; 2 Corinthians 3:12-18).
Second, Israel’s children are consumed with self-righteousness (Romans 10); that is, they stubbornly refuse grace (unmerited favor/gift unattainable through human effort) through faith (trusting-believing) that Yeshua is Messiah who died for them and thereby receive eternal life through the imputation of Messiah’s righteousness (Ephesians 2:8-9; John 3; 2 Corinthians 5:21). Israel’s children insist that the works of the Law, their self-righteousness attained through a facade of obedience, pleases God and through repentance and being a good Jew, God will be pleased…this is the lie of the Devil (John 8:44; John 3).
Concerning the Gentiles,
An overwhelming number of Gentiles will perish in the “second death” (Revelation 20:11-15) due to unbelief in Jesus as Lord because they’ve been brainwashed, deceived, by a secularized society that dishonors God and worships at the throne of Darwin i.e. atheism, secular humanism, moral relativism. Most Gentiles worship their flesh, sensuality, love of self in narcissism; therefore, they will be “without excuse” in the Judgment of the Condemned as there are truly no atheists as all men and women having attained an age of reason possessing sufficient cognitive acuity to discern the world around them intuitively knows that God’s exists (Romans 1:18-32).
In conclusion,
God the Father sent the Son into the World “to destroy the works of the Devil” (1 John 3:8b) as the Father is restoring peace and order to His Kingdom that was unfathomably disrupted by a rebellion of created hosts exercising free will void restraint. Every human being has been placed within the constraints of Time and physics as warriors in this cosmic-spiritual struggle removed from the Kingdom and placed here for the Kingdom’s sake and our eternal destiny hinges upon whom we ally with i.e. the Devil in self-righteousness and lust of the flesh or God the Father by faith in Jesus Christ as Lord.
Those who honor the Devil through a defiled lifestyle will sow and reap corruption and the “second death;” those who align with and support God the Father by life changing faith in Jesus as Lord and obey the indwelling Holy Spirit in sanctification validating the veracity of that faith will reap honor, peace, everlasting life in God’s New Jerusalem subsequent the resurrection. The choice is yours.
Why Hell?
The struggle between Good and evil manifesting before our eyes was initiated in the Kingdom of God before Time and under girded by disobedience to God’s moral law via free will. God the Father is not only righting this wrong and seeking the restoration of peace and order in His Kingdom through His own selfless love (the Gospel), but God is using this present World, its defilement and horror resulting from sin, to demonstrate the predictable, immutable, resultant of disobedience which will act as a bulwark against future rebellion, disobedience, destruction, in the New Jerusalem where free will is extant by necessity; therefore, do not fool yourself into thinking that your sin and its destructive nature will be permitted to enter the Kingdom of God as God has promised that NOTHING impure will ever enter therein (Revelation 21:27); therefore, unless your sin has been nullified, forgiven, by grace through faith in Jesus Christ as Lord who died for YOU and His righteousness imputed over your life by that faith, the new-nature having manifest through the indwelling Holy Spirit as your Teacher, you have NO HOPE (2 Corinthians 5:21; John 14:6; Ephesians 1:13-14; Galatians 5:16)! Fight the good fight of faith and live with God as His faithful servant, forever (1 Timothy 6:12).
Law Enforcement’s Compromise with Thuggery (Lee County and Charlotte County, Florida)…
I was at the Lee County Sheriff’s Department in Cape Coral yesterday waiting for a registration appointment. I was sitting in my pick-up truck in the parking lot when I heard a LOUD motorcycle traversing the parking lot in the lane immediately behind me. I expected to observe just another LOUD biker narcissist, one of MANY polluting the communities and roadways of Florida, but I was intrigued to see a Lee County Sheriff’s Deputy operating a late model Harley FLHT-P with illegal aftermarket exhausts … very LOUD aftermarket exhausts!!!
Before entering the building, I stopped and inspected the deputy’s motorcycle and found it illegally equipped with egregiously LOUD “COBRA” aftermarket exhausts that are NOT approved by the US EPA or Florida’s State Law for operation upon our public roadways yet here it was, representing Florida’s Law Enforcement.
As I’ve traveled what used to be “America the Beautiful,” I’ve repeatedly observed our public roadways and communities destroyed by LOUD motor vehicle narcissistic thuggery; therefore, it’s not surprising that our Law Enforcement community is impotent and useless as those who have taken an oath to protect and serve the citizenry from thuggery, unrestrained thuggery amply demonstrated by the unencumbered operation of ILLEGALLY LOUD motor vehicles upon our public roadways, are not only refusing to protect us as they have sworn to do but our “Law Enforcement” community is actually engaging in the thug-life behavior.
It is amazing to watch “old men” in their “second childhood” on incredibly loud motorcycles here in Florida abusing the citizenry without conscience while Gen-Z and Millennial undisciplined youth operate illegally LOUD, INCREDIBLY LOUD, automobiles, trucks, motorcycles, racing up and down our highways and surface streets with no care or concern for the citizenry and ZERO fear of law enforcement intercession. Motor vehicle noise that is audible for a mile or more under acceleration. PATHETIC…shame on Lee County’s Sheriff and shame on Charlotte County’s Sheriff and their deputies for their impotence and compromise! It’s the non-enforcement of those things that destroy daily peace and civility and tranquility in our communities that ultimately fosters and motivates behavior that destroy the life, liberty and pursuit of happiness guaranteed us in the US Constitution.
The “True Gospel” (Good News) was ordained before Time began (2 Timothy 1:9-10) and is the battle strategy that is pictured in Genesis 3:15-21 where Elohim, Himself, would enter Time 4000-years later through the seed of the woman to circumvent the seed of the man (Adam, Romans 5:12) and “destroy the works of the devil” (1 John 3:8b) through selfless love and sacrifice as displayed at Golgotha by Jesus Christ with the words “It is finished” (John 19:30).
The Gospel is Elohim’s eschatological plan to restore order and peace to His Kingdom, order and peace that was disrupted by a rebellious cherub angel; a cataclysmic event in the Spiritual Realm that initiated the creation of Time, matter, our genome, this Universe, as a repository for that battle between the forces of evil and Elohim (1 John 3:8b).
The Gospel is the New Covenant established in the sinless blood of Jesus Christ (Matthew 26:28) where Jesus, Elohim, left the Eternal Realm (John 18:36; John 6:38) and entered Time in flesh (Philippians 2:5-9) and walked without sin before God the Father and mankind (John 8:46; 2 Corinthians 5:21) and then, in obedience to the Father (Luke 22:42), walked to the horrors of a Roman Cross and shed His innocent blood to atone for your sin as mandated in Leviticus 17:11; Jesus was raised from the dead on the 3rd-Day by the Holy Spirit (Romans 8:11-13) as an example (first fruits – 1 Corinthians 15:20) of those who will die in body and be resurrected in like fashion having placed their faith in Jesus as Lord (Philippians 3:21). Through this selfless act of love and obedience to the Father, Jesus Christ was successful in destroying the works of the devil i.e. death, Hell, the grave, for all who believe (1 John 3:8b; John 3:16-18; John 11:25).
Jesus, out of love for the Father and selfless love for you, took your sin upon Himself at the Cross and ultimately died for that sin (paid the penalty for sin – Genesis 2:17; Ezekiel 18:20; Matthew 26:28) and the Father, via covenant promise (Hebrews 8:12), agrees to impute-give you the perfection and the righteousness of His dear Son, Jesus Christ, in exchange for your sin IF you will believe with a sincere heart that Jesus Christ is Lord and that He died for you to pay your sin-debt (2 Corinthians 5:21; John 3; Romans 10:9-10). From that point forward, the Father declares you “not guilty” (Hebrews 8:12) and GIFTS you His Holy Spirit as the Guarantor of covenant relationship with Him, forever (Ephesians 1:13-14).
From that point forward, you belong to God, you are HIS by covenant promise (John 10:28-30), and through His Holy Spirit, God begins the work of sanctification in your life where the Holy Spirit transforms you daily into the obedient image of Jesus as the Spirit prepares you for service in the coming New Jerusalem as a servant of the Living God, forever (2 Corinthians 5:17; Galatians 5:16).
Law of the Covenant; Law of Conscience; Law of the Spirit, what’s the relevant difference?
A FB Post suggested that Christians are confronted with hundreds of “commands” in the New Covenant; the Hebrew Tribes were confronted with some 613-laws as well…how are we to obey and please God in the New Covenant?
Christians don’t dwell, fret, worry, concerning laws, rules, edicts, traditions, days, food, when they’re following the Holy Spirit’s guidance (Galatians 5:16); the Spirit walks the Christian in obedience to God’s will by our conscience, methodically, in peace and joy in the New Covenant through sanctification; the Christian is not enslaved to rules, laws, letters, edicts, commands, as we’re one-with-God with intimacy and love as He dwells within us through His Holy Spirit. I don’t serve letters that condemn me to death and destroy joy and peace; I serve God in the Holy Spirit and in this, there is peace, forever (2 Corinthians 3:6; Romans 5:1).
Discussion concerning “law”…
As Christians, we know what is expected of us through God’s words, study of the Scriptures; but even more relevant, we intuitively know what is expected of us as the Holy Spirit walks us in sanctification and guides us through our conscience; also, consider this, how did all of humanity “know” God’s moral mandates before Sinai, before the Canon of Scripture? What “law” judged Satan, the rebellious angels, a law possessing retributive judgment that will ultimately culminate in their imprisonment in Hell, forever (Revelation 20:10); what law judged the Adamic and Noahic generations (Genesis 6) who perished by water save eight in that judgment; after all, there were no “letters” or Canon of Scripture? The Code of Hammurabi, where did this collection of “laws” find its Genesis?
The Law of Conscience…
The “moral law,” acting as an arbiter of free will, has been extant from the creation of the angels; that same moral law is infused within each of us at creation as we’re created in the spiritual image of God and have received certain communicable attributes of God relevant to His eschatological purposes (Genesis 1:26-28); otherwise, mankind would implode in unrestrained narcissism and God’s justice could not manifest with due process in adjudication for sin.
All of humanity is “without excuse”…
We all intuitively know God’s moral mandates as He has put them in our heart (Romans 1:18-32) and the Covenant of Law was NOTHING NEW or NOVEL…simply a reiteration of the moral law of God with some specificity concerning sins that are especially egregious to God as Israel’s children were set-apart for His eschatological purposes while surrounded by pagan tribes worshiping pagan gods. Even the most remote pagan Aborigine intuitively knows that stealing his neighbor’s property is wrong and raping his neighbor’s wife is unconscionable yet he has never observed the Torah or a law book of ordinances.
The “many” of humanity (Matthew 7:13-14) who will stand before Jesus Christ in the Judgment of the Condemned (Rev 20:11-15) will be “without excuse” (Romans 1:18-32) as they all have known God and His moral mandates that regulate behavior in interpersonal relationships and regulate our relationship with our God, Elohim, Jesus Christ.
Must we “change” in order to be saved from death in Hell?

Your suggestion earlier to a comment that we must “change” to be saved is incorrect. Though we repent and believe in Jesus as Lord, change does actually manifest until subsequent the establishment of covenant relationship by faith in Jesus where the Holy Spirit is given as the Guarantor of that relationship (Ephesians 1:13-14); then, and only then, does the new nature manifest in the life of the believer (2 Corinthians 5:17) and authentic “change” is initiated through sanctification…a daily, incremental, process of “change” into the obedient image of Christ as the Spirit prepares us for service in the New Jerusalem (Galatians 5:16; 1 John 2:27; John 16:13-14).
To say we must “change” to be saved is tantamount to a works heresy, salvation through self-righteousness, and dilutes the sufficiency of Christ to save by grace through faith, alone. Jesus Christ is willing to meet us where we are in our daily lives and when we turn our failures over to Him by faith and trust in Him to make us a new creation by covenant promise (Hebrews 8:12), God is faithful to initiate that change in us through the anointing of the Holy Spirit given to all who believe that Jesus is Lord; it is the Spirit within that manifests change in the heart, mind, body, soul, not the will of man but the will of the Father through His Spirit by faith, not works.
Eternal Intimacy with God or Bondage to Letters, your choice…

To “believe” is to “trust” in what God has said and believe that He is true and that He will do exactly what He has promised. This is “faith” that is pleasing to God and initiates covenant relationship with Him when you believe and trust in what Jesus did for you at Golgotha (John 3).
Once faith is established with covenant relationship initiated, that faith will manifest in a change of heart (2 Corinthians 5:17), the desire to please God and behaviors that are oriented to pleasing God naturally flow out of love and appreciation for what God has done for you and the Holy Spirit anoints you and empowers you to live a life that honors God and eschews worldly lusts (Ephesians 1:13-14; 1 John 4:19; 1 John 2:27; Galatians 5:16).
Where you err is thinking that self-righteousness, your behavior, pursuing a facade of obedience to laws and ordinances and days is KEY to relationship with God…this is the Jewish-Israelite error of self-righteousness and religiosity and cult behavior…. not faith.
God is pleased when you trust Him, love Him irrespective of what the World tells you or what your eyes might see, your ears might hear, or how you “feel” about a particular scenario…God desires your heart with purity…then, those behaviors that please God will naturally follow…NOT by compulsion through a facade of obedience to a cold stone tablet of LAWS but through intimacy with purity in love.
Faith-believing-trust initiates covenant relationship with God – subsequently – obedience to God’s will naturally follows as validation that one’s faith is authentic. This sequencing cannot be altered by self-righteousness, obedience, first to initiate covenant relationship.
I hope one day you come to understand this before you pass into eternity; otherwise, you will never truly know God and why you have been placed here for such a time as this.
Torah observance and righteousness with God, please be careful…
It is the indwelling Holy Spirit provided the faithful in Jesus as Lord who anoints us with the desire to obey God’s moral law but the relevant concern is this…do not get caught-up in the apostasy of wrong thinking that you somehow have the ability to supplement the work of Jesus Christ or that you have a role to play in your salvation through Torah observance or Law keeping.
Jesus is completely sufficient as Messiah and His blood is completely sufficient to pay for your past-present-future sin and any attempt to negate or dilute the purity and sufficiency of Jesus’ sacrifice for you is very dangerous territory and subverts faith that is essential to pleasing the Father and your walk as a child of the Living God.
Please, do not grieve the Holy Spirit through self-righteousness by equating Torah observance with righteousness essential for salvation. Only Jesus kept the Law in perfection and only Jesus died to pay your sin-debt owed the Father; therefore, trust in Jesus, alone, as your righteousness and live in peace with God, forever (Romans 5:1).
Law-Keeping Fanaticism: a divider of the brethren; death to the soul; a tool of Satan…
The Law is NOTHING but condemnation, cursing, death, for those who have not established covenant relationship with the Father by faith in the Son, Jesus Christ, and subsequently walk according to the Spirit in sanctification (Romans 3:20; Galatians 3:10; Galatians 5:16).
If Jesus is NOT your Lord and the Spirit your Teacher and Sanctification, you’re unable to honor the Commandments or please God because you’re a sinner possessing a sin-nature and you’re headed to death in Hell as the Commandments you worship have cursed you void recourse (Galatians 3:10; Romans 3:20); without Jesus as Lord, you’re a foreigner to God’s Kingdom without hope of life living in condemnation; not until such time you’re born again by the Spirit of God through faith in Jesus as your Lord (John 3) will you begin to honor God in accordance with HIS WILL and your works of obedience in accordance with God’s will validates your faith and honors our Lord as you are his child via covenant relationship (Hebrews 8:12).

If you are NOT a child of the Living God by faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord who died for you, your law-keeping, your Sabbath keeping, your rituals and self-righteous condemnation of those who live by faith, are equated to a bloody-menstrual cloth in God’s nose (Isaiah 64:6).
God desires intimacy with purity of heart in LOVE…not your self-righteousness or your works. The obedience that naturally flows from a new-nature within the one who loves God by trusting in Him by faith in Jesus is pleasing to God because intimacy is the motive, not enslavement to letters motivated by self-righteousness (2 Corinthians 3:6; Romans 5:1).
