Religion, theologically speaking, is not based in faith…Religions like Islam, Judaism, Catholicism, are based in a works doctrine where the individual seeks a relationship with a particular deity via self-righteousness, efforts to conform to a set of rules or laws sufficiently in order to ingratiate themselves with said deity.
Christianity is the only “faith based” system in existence that teaches the truism that Human Kind is not capable of working or striving sufficiently to please Elohim (Genesis 1:1); this, due the Adamic sin-nature (Romans 5:12) but that Elohim, Himself, provides the Path to intimate relationship with Him through selfless love demonstrated by Messiah Jesus on a Roman Cross some 2000-years ago (John 3:16).
There are also demonically-rooted “religions” such as Atheism, Darwinism-Evolution and Secular Humanism which also display great “faith” in that they tout a rejection of any deity yet believe that all things present within the Realm of Time, all things present in nature, manifest from nothing which exploded…this is the greatest “faith” of all.
Matthew 5:17-18 (KJV), Jesus said: “Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfill. For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.”
How can you say that Torah Law-Sinai-Moses are not the focal point of New Covenant Law?

Jesus said that Torah Law, the codified law (jot-tittle) would not pass until all be fulfilled…Jesus fulfilled Torah perfectly via His sinless perfection (Matthew 5:17)…Torah has passed (Hebrews 8:7; 2 Corinthians 3), codified laws are subjective i.e., Sinai-Moses, rules, regulations, diets, days, could never engender righteousness with the Father…so what Law is relevant in the New Covenant and how is that New Covenant Law made applicable to the individual?

What is relevant in the New Covenant is the Spiritual Law written upon the human heart by our Creator (Romans 2:14-15) which is arbitrated by the indwelling Holy Spirit in the New Covenant as the Spirit produces divine fruit (Galatians 5:22-23) through the redeemed in Jesus, fruit that glorifies the Father (John 15:8) and fulfills all law.
You can chase after Sinai, Moses, Torah, Days, Diets, Fabrics, Traditions, Religion, till your dying exhalation but if you’ve not established New Covenant relationship with the Father by faith in the Son, Jesus, as your Messiah, you will die in Hell in the “second death” (Matthew 7:21-23; Galatians 2:16; Revelation 20:11-15).
Life in Time is NOT about subservience to rules and laws and ordinances but about personal, intimate, relationship with our Creator, Elohim, through faith in Jesus as Messiah (John 3) and our obedience then naturally manifests through adherence to the indwelling Spirit’s leadership gifted us by grace as Guarantor of New Covenant relationship (Ephesians 1:13-14; Galatians 5:16-23); this, as the Spirit produces divine fruit through the redeemed that honors the Father (John 15:8); in fact, unless you have established New Covenant relationship with the Father first through faith in the Son, your works are interpreted by the Father as a “filthy rag” or a “bloody menstrual cloth” in the literal Hebrew (Isaiah 64:6).

Chasing and clamoring for the Father’s approval by pursuing obedience to Sinai, Moses, Days, Diets, Traditions, Religious rules and edicts, is insulting to the Father as you have made the affirmative decision to earn your own righteousness and reject the ONLY righteousness that will pardon your sin and provide you life in Eternity, the perfect righteousness of Jesus earned for you through His perfect, sinless, life and His perfect, sinless, blood shed for you at Golgotha.
Your obedience to the Father’s will (John 6:29) will provide the foundation from which your faith will produce fruit via the indwelling Holy Spirit; divine fruit that glorifies the Father (John 15:8; Galatians 5:22-23). Faith and Covenant FIRST – obedience naturally follows from a pure heart via the Holy Spirit’s anointing (1 John 2:27).

How can I find Spiritual Truth? How can I be saved from death in Hell?
I know because I did. I would not tell you this lest I had experienced it personally. The KEY to life and hope and joy and peace is getting alone, acquiring a readable version of the Canon of Scriptures….my first read was the paraphrased version known as “The Living Bible” and sit quietly, simply ask the Father to show you what He desires you know…humbly ask the Father to give you a heart that is willing to receive…just humble yourself…try the Lord and ask Him…open your Bible to the “Gospel of John” and read every word with intent and a heart willing to accept the Father’s anointing and understanding…reflect on what you’re reading and ponder the possibilities…at least make an effort to find life in Jesus before dying in this fallen World and suffering Judgment that is wholly avoidable by faith in Jesus who died for you to pay your sin-debt owed the Father. If you studied and sought Elohim with a pure heart, you would understand the deeper Truths of Scripture and how the Holy Spirit weaves these beautiful threads together throughout His words via precept upon precept and line upon line. It is the one who searches and seeks and desires spiritual knowledge with a heart willing to believe that receives the deeper Truths of Scripture often likened to the peeling away of an onion skin…the more steadfast the search, the more spiritual truth the Holy Spirit reveals.
First of all…there was no “talking snake” in Eden but the Holy Spirit used the attributes of a serpent as analogous to the attributes of Satan. If one studies and listens to the Spirit, they will find that the Holy Spirit discreetly describes what Eve observed and communed with in Eden and why she was so enamored by what she observed.
You, in your atheism, are physics bound – you do not possess the cognitive and spiritual acuity, due your atheism, to understand that the World constrained by the Realm of Time is a minuscule, almost irrelevant and temporary, fragment of reality and that there exists a Spiritual Realm surrounding us, permeating us, that is infinitely superior and more detailed and complex than this temporary creation that is decaying daily; in fact, 99% of all that is manifesting before our eyes is rooted in the unseen Spiritual World…Jesus plainly tells you that He is NOT from this Realm of Time…His Kingdom is in the Spiritual World (John 18:36). Should we believe the “Big Bang” is the genesis of Creation?
No. Personally, I believe Elohim the Father (Genesis 1:1) commissioned Elohim the Son, Jesus Christ (John 3:35; John 1; Hebrews 1), to take elements from the unseen Spiritual Realm and fashion those elements into matter that can be apprehended by a life-form constrained by Time and physics (Hebrews 11:3).
I believe the creation narrative, as articulated in Genesis 1 of the Canon of Scripture, was for cause and in response to an unfathomable coup d’etat in the Realm of the Spiritual, a coup initiated by an anointed cherub angel later to be identified as Satan, a deceiver, (Genesis 3; Ezekiel 28:11+; John 8:44; Revelation 12) and that destructive war was removed from the Kingdom of Elohim where nothing impure is permitted to exist therein (Rev 21:27) and this present Earth and the Realm of Time created as a temporary repository for that war and its spiritual participants partially constrained by Time and physics; this, while humanity is simply a player/created participant in this spiritual war between good and evil/Jesus v. Satan; in fact, the primary reason Jesus the Messiah entered Time in bodily form was “to destroy the works of the Devil” (1 John 3:8b) via a battle strategy introduced as “The Gospel” which was ordained “before Time began” (2 Timothy 1:8-10) and that battle, a cosmic struggle between good v. evil, Jesus v. Satan, was first pictured for humanity by the Holy Spirit in Genesis 3:14-15 and Genesis 3:21 and expounded upon by Messiah in the Gospels and His Revelation to the Apostle John on the Island of Patmos in 90AD.

Yes. I learned that a handgun is not nearly as effective as touted in the media and Hollywood. Irrespective of caliber, shot placement is most critical. I learned that what and how you practice manifests itself under the stress and urgency of handgun self-defense; therefore, practice correctly, repetitively, muscle memory is true and train the mind through mental exercises, scene scenarios, what to do, how to respond, what you will say or not say…the mind is just as (or more) relevant than physiological practice…think it through…settle it in the mind and the hands will follow but it must become innate.

Why the repetitive strife between Islam (the Muslim World) and Israel?
Islam is representative of Satan in Time and the spiritual war between Satan and Elohim that was initiated before Time was created. Islam is a product of adultery between Abraham and Hagar while the child of promise is Isaac through Sarah, not Ishmael through Hagar; therefore, the struggle between Israel (Jacob, the son of Isaac) and Ishmael’s descendants finds its genesis in unfaithfulness and strife i.e., sin. The entirety of Scripture details this war between Satan and Elohim and expounds upon why the Messiah appeared in Time; specifically, “to destroy the works of Satan” through the Gospel (1 John 3:8b), a Gospel ordained “before Time began” (2 Timothy 1:8-10).
Israel is the eschatological Land of promise through which Elohim will sum-up all things through Messiah, the Millennial Kingdom, the judgement of Satan (Revelation 20:10) and the judgment of unrepentant humanity (Revelation 20:11-15), the creation of a New Earth and New Heaven and the establishment of the New Jerusalem (Revelation 21-22); therefore, Israel will remain and will soon come under a nuclear attack initiated by the demonic coalition of Russia-China-Islam/Iran v. Jerusalem, Israel…this will initiate the 2nd-Advent of Messiah Jesus; therefore, Israel will remain irrespective of Allah’s (Satan’s) intent.
