The Pharaoh and God; The Flood and God (Justice-Compassion or Cruelty?)

Unbeliever-Atheist uses God’s judgment concerning Egypt’s Pharaoh – The Passover to accuse God of senseless cruelty. Let’s discuss the Pharaoh/Passover and Noah/The Flood and causation for both seeing that the hypocritical atheist, when expedient, uses these scenarios to justify their path to death in sin and death in Hell by rejecting the Scriptures and God as cruel, bigoted, hateful; at other times, the hypocritical atheist denies the reality of the Exodus and The Flood and mocks the Scriptures as inaccurate.

Atheist, Susan D, stated: “Let’s talk about when god of the bible killed all those innocent babies and tormented all those innocent Egyptian peasants rather than to instead just target his wrath at the one guy with whom he was angry with, why not just kill Pharaoh and spare the innocent? This story, like so many others in the bibly [Bible], portrays god as one senseless and cruel.”

A response to the atheist

1. The Pharaoh and the Death Angel

The Pharaoh had been warned multiple times to free the Hebrew Slaves but he refused and God, who cannot lie (Numbers 23:19), fulfilled the prophecy of salvation/liberation concerning the Hebrew people from a land that would hold them captive as slaves for 400-years (Genesis 15:12-14). Though the Scriptures articulate that God hardened the Pharaoh’s heart, let it be known that God only used and subsequently allowed to manifest what was already present in the Pharaoh’s inner-man i.e. stubbornness, cruelty, deceit (Psalm 139:2).

Now when the sun was going down, a deep sleep fell upon Abram; and behold, terror and great darkness fell upon him. 13 God said to Abram, “Know for certain that your descendants will be strangers in a land that is not theirs, where they will be enslaved and oppressed four hundred years. 14 But I will also judge the nation whom they will serve, and afterward they will come out with many possessions. Genesis 15:12-14 (NASB)

1) Susan, you suggest that God, if He were fair and compassionate, would have killed the Pharaoh as opposed to the first-born of Egypt, but the death of Pharaoh would not have freed the Hebrew slaves but only embittered the Egyptian hierarchy resulting in increased cruelty toward the Hebrews and exponentially increasing their suffering.

2) Susan, in your unbelief, as you desire to mock God for His judgment upon the Pharaoh, the Egyptian people, remember that the Passover initiated by this Judgment on Egypt also represents the mercy of God given YOU at the Crucifixion of Jesus Christ as Christ is our Passover Lamb (1 Corinthians 5:7).

The lamb to be slain in Egypt was to be without defect (perfect) and the blood of that spotless lamb was to be painted upon the sides and tops of the door-frames (Exodus 12:4-7) in order that the Death Angel would “pass-over” that home. This edict of our Lord to the Hebrew slaves was also a Messianic prophecy to be fulfilled by the “Lamb of God” (Messiah Yeshua) whose innocent blood would stain the cross-member and upright of a Roman Cross in Jerusalem, Israel.

As the Lord commanded the Hebrew people to paint the blood of a lamb (sheep or goat) upon the doorposts so that the death-angel would “pass-over” their home and spare the first-born from death, so does the innocent blood of Messiah on that Roman Cross provide mankind a way of escape from death in sin and death in Hell (2 Corinthians 5:21).

“knowing that you were not redeemed with perishable things like silver or gold from your futile way of life inherited from your forefathers, but with precious blood, as of a lamb unblemished and spotless, the blood of Christ.” (1 Peter 1:18-19)

3) Every child that died in somber sleep that horrific night in Egypt was fully secure in our Lord because God does not hold culpable those lacking sufficient cognitive maturity to discern right from wrong, moral from immoral (Romans 5:12-14); therefore, every child that died in Egypt on that Passover Night was saved and they are now, in their disembodied spiritual state, secure in our Lord forever, fully conscious and fully aware, in His Kingdom as I type this. Had these Egyptian children matured in Egypt’s pagan culture, they would have died and ended-up in Sheol/Torments (Luke 16) and eventually they would face Judgment in Eternity and subsequently lose their resurrected body and soul in Hell forever (Revelation 20:11-15; Matthew 10:28).

The Lord’s judgment upon the Pharaoh was keeping with God’s faithfulness to His written word/prophecy and the liberation of the Hebrew slaves while the Judgment upon the first-born was actually God’s compassion and mercy as those children received Eternal life with God forever as opposed to dying in sin and Hell without hope!

2. Noah’s generation and The Flood and atheistic hypocrisy

Like the incident with Pharaoh and the Death Angel/the Passover, the atheist is quick to accuse our Creator of genocide, murder, infanticide, as a result of The Flood. I must chuckle slightly when I think about the hypocrisy of the deceived atheist as they’re quick to cuddle-up to Darwin and heretical “scholars” who deny the Noahic Flood and the Exodus, but when it fits their demonic narrative, the atheist is quick to use the Exodus and The Flood scenarios to accuse God of being a sadistic maniac.

The Flood – sociological causation

Subsequent to The Fall of Adam/mankind and the curse upon the Human Genome as a result of that Fall culminating in spiritual death and physiological death, mankind began a rather expedient/exponential fall into violence and sexual debauchery-immorality as demonstrated by the generation of Noah along with the Nephilim that were present in the land at that time. The Holy Spirit describes Noah’s generation thusly…

“Then the Lord saw that the wickedness of man was great on the earth, and that every intent of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. The Lord was sorry that He had made man on the earth, and He was grieved in His heart. 7 The Lord said, “I will blot out man whom I have created from the face of the land, from man to animals to creeping things and to birds of the sky; for I am sorry that I have made them.” 8 But Noah found favor in the eyes of the Lord.” Genesis 6:5-8 (NASB)

Beginning with Genesis 3:15, immediately subsequent to The Fall of Adam, we see our Creator preparing to bring forth His Messiah through the seed of the woman (a virgin) and this prophecy tells us that Messiah, the One who would defeat the works of Lucifer, would be victorious and conquer sin and death. Ultimately, this was accomplished at the Crucifixion some 4000-years later.

“And I will put enmity Between you and the woman, And between your seed and her seed; He shall bruise you on the head, And you shall bruise him on the heel.” Genesis 3:15 (NASB)

The generation that arose between the time of Adam and Noah (pre-flood) had become so wicked and vile that our Lord refused to set-apart a people group through whom He would bring forth His Messiah. Our Lord used the testimony of Noah’s work on the Ark to warn that wicked generation, much like God warned the Pharaoh, of the coming judgment; unfortunately, much like the hardened atheist today, Noah’s generation mocked, ridiculed, and refused to listen.

“For if God did not spare angels when they sinned, but cast them into hell and committed them to pits of darkness, reserved for judgment; 5 and did not spare the ancient world, but preserved Noah, preacher of righteousness, with seven others, when He brought a flood upon the world of the ungodly; 6 and if He condemned the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah to destruction by reducing them to ashes, having made them an example to those who would live ungodly lives thereafter; 7 and if He rescued righteous Lot, oppressed by the sensual conduct of unprincipled men 8 (for by what he saw and heard that righteous man, while living among them, felt his righteous soul tormented day after day by their lawless deeds), 9 then the Lord knows how to rescue the godly from temptation, and to keep the unrighteous under punishment for the day of judgment, 10 and especially those who indulge the flesh in its corrupt desires and despise authority.” 2 Peter 2:4-10 (NASB)

God’s salvation to the World through judgment by water

Because of the wickedness of Noah’s generation, God chose to save righteous Noah and the seven-members of Noah’s family and destroy the wicked seed of that pre-flood generation in order to begin anew and further His Plan to bless the World through the coming Messiah. Subsequent to the Noahic Flood, we see our Lord set-apart a people group specifically for Himself via the patriarchy of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob AKA Israel.

“’Thus you are to be holy to Me, for I the LORD am holy; and I have set you apart from the peoples to be Mine.” Leviticus 20:26 (NASB)

Concerning the coming Messiah and the Jewish people, our Lord prophesies to Abraham,

“And I will bless those who bless you, And the one who curses you I will curse. And in you all the families of the earth will be blessed.” Genesis 12:3 (NASB)

Had our Lord not begun anew with a generation born from the favorable lineage of Noah but permitted the wicked and vile pre-flood generation to exponentially increase in number and in vile-sexual-violent debauchery, our Messiah would have never entered into the World and all of mankind would have been ultimately condemned to die in sin and die in Hell; thereby, thwarting God’s Plan of victory over Lucifer, sin, death, Hell, the grave.

The children of the wicked pre-flood generation, like the children of Egypt at the Passover, those children not having attained an age of reason/accountability possessing sufficient discernment to differentiate between good v. evil, right v. wrong, those children were saved by our Lord upon death of the body and their disembodied spirit, fully cognizant and fully aware, is now present with our Lord in the Kingdom of God awaiting the resurrection of the righteous (John 5:29).

Conclusion

In both scenarios, the Pharaoh and the Noahic Flood, we see our God’s justice, righteousness, truthfulness, compassion, abound and the wise man and woman will internalize the surety of God’s judgment and wrath toward the rebellious and wicked while God’s compassion and forgiveness blankets the righteous, the humble, the faithful.

Mankind, if wise, will learn from these scenarios and find life in God’s Plan through Jesus Christ as Lord -or- if unwise, mankind will choose to reject God’s warning through these examples in Scripture and ultimately die in sin and die in Hell in God’s wrath and righteous judgment.

Atheist mocks the integrity of the Scriptures and man’s portrayal of Jesus’ physical characteristics. Let’s discuss that…

The picture is far removed from the historical Jesus, who was olive-skinned and poor. Instead of a Scandinavian-looking King, he was Jewish and a handyman. The picture is pure fiction, but it is an image that is embraced by millions of believers. Like the picture, the gospels represent a fictionalized Jesus. They were written around 30 plus years after Jesus’ death, and the stories about Jesus have little, if anything, to do with the historical Jesus. Christians over the centuries have made Jesus into what they wanted, but if the real Jesus came back today, he would be saddened and shocked by their misguided and selfish efforts. Thoughts?”

Response to the atheist…

1) Concerning the integrity of the Holy Scriptures

I find it pathetically saddening that hopeless, lost, spiritually dead, atheists blindly mimic heretics like Bart Ehrman, Dan Brown, Richard Carrier, who are demonically-inspired servants of Satan, the one Jesus Christ identified as a “murderer” and the “father of lies” (John 8:44). I can assure anyone who reads this response to Mark’s atheistic nonsense, that the same God who created this vast Universe and meticulously crafted the unfathomable and complex human genome, this same Creator is fully capable of providing Human KIND with documentation accurately articulating His Plan and purposes for Time, Eternity and our individual lives.

Mark, NO ONE alive today knows what records, writings, notes, were made by the Apostles and those who followed Messiah during His 3.5-years of ministry on this Earth. I have no doubt that those who witnessed the Earth shaking works of Messiah instantaneously chronicled/recorded what Jesus said and did and though the first published or copied records of these events publicly surfaced some-years subsequent to Messiah’s Ascension, it is foolish to believe that personally observed accounts, eye-witness accounts of Jesus’ works were not recorded, documented, the moment they manifest before the eyes of men. The records were obviously kept secret, hidden, from the hellish hate manifest by Rome’s authority figures in those tumultuous years.

It is also foolish to believe that the Holy Spirit, Who Authored the Scriptures (2 Timothy 3:16-17), did not provide meticulous oversight as to what was written and by whom. I do grow weary of reading the satanic propaganda of the atheist as they kick against the goads in their ridiculous fight against Scriptural integrity; but again, Satan and his minions, the atheist, are wretched haters of Truth and a righteous life.

2) Concerning the physical appearance of Messiah-Jesus

Where you fail in your atheistic spiritual lack of knowledge, Mark, once again, is you don’t read and study the most relevant and historically-eternally significant writings ever provided mankind i.e. the Holy Scriptures (2 Timothy 2:15). The Holy Spirit has told us that the natural man, those deceived by doctrines of demons espoused by modern servants of Satan such as Darwin, Dillahunty, Hitchens, Dawkins, Harris, Ra, Gervais, Bart Ehrman, Dan Brown, Richard Carrier…on-and-on-and-on they go…when you listen to these demonic servants and their deceptive filth, you will naturally live a subpar life and clamor for death in sin and death in Hell in atheistic insanity (1 Corinthians 2:14; 1 Corinthians 15:33).

The Scriptures tell us that Messiah was not a necessarily attractive individual but that He was very humble, plain in appearance, someone that you would pass on the street and not give a second-glance (Isaiah 53:2). Jesus was most likely a stone mason during the years He worked with His Earthly father, Joseph. Apparently, Jesus was very humble, kind, compassionate, loving yet incredibly strong physically as evidenced by the torture, the flesh and muscle ripping scourging He received and successfully endured prior to His execution by suffocation on a Roman Cross.

3) Jesus’ personality and purpose

Jesus Christ is God who manifest in the flesh not to glorify Himself or impress you, Mark; Jesus came to humbly and obediently give Himself as a blood-sacrifice for the sins of humanity thereby offering you and offering me a pardon from death in sin and death in Hell (Philippians 2:8); this pardon can be freely accessed by anyone willing to humble them self, admit they’re a sinner in need of forgiveness, repent of their sin and sincerely believe in their heart, confess with their mouth that Jesus Christ is God who died to pay our sin-debt and that He was resurrected from the dead for our justification leading to Eternal life (Romans 10:9-10).

Jesus clearly articulated that this World is NOT His home or His Kingdom (John 18:36) and that He came to us as the humble, suffering, Lamb of God not to be served but to serve and give Himself as a ransom for you and for me out of obedience and love for God the Father (Matthew 20:28). Sadly, men who gleefully serve the fleshly fallen-nature, exemplified by the demonically inspired atheist in our lost and dying World, find solace in mocking the images of Jesus Christ published by those who have not a clue relevant to the physical characteristics of my Lord, a First-Century AD Jew from the Tribe of Judah; but have no fear Mark, if you die as an atheist, you will see Jesus Christ face-to-face at the “Great White Throne Judgment” AKA the Judgment of the Condemned and you WILL bend a knee before Him and confess Him as Lord to the glory of God the Father; problem is, Mark, the Age of Grace will have passed for you at the point of your death in the body; therefore, Jesus Christ will adjudicate you “guilty” of sin, your name will NOT be found written the Lamb’s Book of Life and you will ultimately lose your body and your soul in Hell for your disobedience and rebellion and rejection of Jesus as Lord and Mediator for your sin (Philippians 2:10-11; Revelation 20:11-15; Matthew 10:28).

An Atheist, as a faithful servant of Satan, mocks a Christian’s faith and love for Jesus Christ. Let’s discuss that…

I would not be the man that I am today without Jesus”, he said. I asked him what he meant when he said that he had asked Jesus to come into his heart, but he never could give me an answer. His transformation was entirely based on his feelings, and his feelings were evidence of his claim. I told him not to trust his feelings, because even though they are real and he owns them, they often don’t reveal the truth. Moreover, they are not evidence. “Feelings can be deceptive and prompt you to be irrational,” I said. It was then that he abruptly ended our conversation. Can you see why he is deluded?”

What this Christian could not explain or articulate to Mark was the supernatural transformation of the “new birth” or the experience of being “born again” by grace through faith in Jesus Christ as Lord (John 3:1-21; 1 Peter 3:15).

When a man, woman or child humbles them self before God the Father and acknowledges their sin, their disobedience and their need for forgiveness and agrees with God to repent of sin; when this person sincerely believes within their heart (their inner-man/spirit) and then confesses with their mouth that Jesus Christ is God who died to pay their sin-debt and that He was resurrected from the dead for their justification leading to Eternal life with God, that person so believing and confessing is instantaneously transformed from spiritual death into spiritual life by the indwelling Holy Spirit of God (Acts 17:30; Romans 10:9-10; John 5:24; Ephesians 1:13).

At that moment of belief and confession, there may not be a physiological or even a psychologically perceptible manifestation of change in the new Christian’s life, but the one confessing sincere belief in Jesus as Lord can rest assured that a supernatural life awaits them through the incremental process of Sanctification – a daily incremental transformation from a life pursuing Worldly lust leading to death in sin to a life wholly focused on loving God and walking in obedience to the indwelling Holy Spirit manifesting in a life daily preparing for Eternity with God (Hebrews 11:6). It is through obedience to the indwelling Holy Spirit that the “fruit of the Spirit” begins to manifest in the life of the faithful culminating in a life of contentment and peace with our Lord (Romans 5:1).

“But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law.” Galatians 5:22-23 (NASB)

The Atheist and Demonic Deception

Atheists, like Mark, will scoff and ridicule the Christian as these atheists are truly Satan’s minions in Time and they do Satan’s handiwork and his bidding even if unaware. Turn away from these servants of evil as they daily seek death in sin and death in Hell and they clamor for you, the faithful in Christ, to follow them into perdition (Isaiah 48:22; 1 Corinthians 15:33).

Stand strong in the last days

Fellow Christians, we are living in the days spoken of by the Prophets; as we live and seek to honor our Lord Jesus Christ in these days of unconscionable evil, spiritual darkness and wickedness where men call evil good and good evil, where men and women have exchanged light for darkness and bitter for sweet (Isaiah 5:20-21), a defiled and bloody World where “women” – mommies murder their babies without conscience and men pursue sexual relations with other men without shame; women pursue sexual relations with other women in boastful arrogance; where men and women defile their bodies in gender confusion; with these forms of debauchery before us in these last days, please hold fast to your confession in Jesus Christ, grow closer to our Lord each and every day through prayer and study of His word; eschew the servants of Satan as epitomized and demonstrated by the atheist, the evolutionist, the nihilist, the secularist, the moral relativist, walking among us daily; KNOW your enemy and know that our fight is not with the flesh but with spiritual darkness, wickedness and evil seeking to destroy you, your family and your faith; don’t follow the atheist and their god, Satan, into Hell (Ephesians 6:10-18).

Objective Morality – Darwin v. Creator, Yeshua-Jesus Christ (Comparison-Contrast)

Much discussion as of late among the atheist persuasion concerning the origin of objective morality; Mankind is confronted with two-options for consideration,

1) Darwin’s premise of evolving genomic intricacy and causal deterministic morality.

2) The infusion of objective morality in the inner-man (spirit) at conception by our Creator, Jesus Christ-Yeshua.

Part 1

Darwin’s Premise

Evolutionary Theory, a most potent progenitor of Atheism, suggests that the yet undefined beginnings of DNA-Life (abiogenesis/descent with modification-common ancestor) methodically evolved through increasing genomic intricacy via mutation and over millions-or-billions-of-years a creature possessing physiological – psychological sentientism manifest displaying emotion, wisdom, discernment, equating to self-awareness while pursuing a causal deterministic morality.

Competition for survival among these superior sentient beings created dissension; the struggle for sustenance (survival of the fittest) manifest in destructive behaviors that threatened survival of the species; therefore, a basic understanding of morality mandating behaviors that profited the entirety of the group evolved by trial and error (survival of the most moral); hence, the naturalistic foundation of Natural Law setting forth restrictions on behaviors that warred against the sustainability, general welfare, of the group/a society.

The primordial fly-in-the-ointment for naturalistic origin of morality is the predisposition of mankind to relativize morality as a result of an innate sense of selfishness, lust, greed, accompanied by a desire for dominance under girded by narcissistic pride/arrogance. By what mechanism can the inner-being/behavior of Nature’s most intelligent beings be controlled so that life can attain some measure of meaning and purpose in conjunction with sustainability?

Unfortunately, negative reinforcement does not provide lasting deterrence and a society governed solely by self-determinism, moral relativism, suffers moral decay/moral rot and many have ceased to exist for this reason; therefore, Darwin’s naturalistic approach to morality does not provide a form of objective morality that is conducive to sustainability of the human species over time.

Darwin’s failures

1) Darwin’s premise fails to explain why self-destructive behaviors are manifest in a sentient being that is, according to Evolutionary Theory, evolving into a creature of ever-increasing complexity and physiological-psychological-moral perfection.

2) Darwin’s premise fails to provide an achievable, practical, applicable, deterrence to self-destructive behavior in the human species; behaviors manifesting in immoral, unnatural, conduct that negates procreation, sustainability of the species through same-sex attraction and same-sex intercourse; Darwin’s premise ultimately manifests in the destruction of the Biblical family unit – the bedrock of societal sustainability.

3) Darwin’s naturalistic perspective concerning objective morality fails to address the perplexing problem of “diminishing returns” relevant to the lust of the flesh, the pursuit of sensuality, that can never attain a plateau of consistent-lasting satisfaction/contentment but inevitably mandates ever-increasing forms of sexual debauchery in the realm of sexual immorality or ever-increasing amounts of substance abuse to placate an insatiable fleshly appetite for pleasure and sensuality. The inevitable resultant of naturalistic moral “diminishing returns” is physiological-psychological addiction/dependence and far too often, death of the body.

Part 2

God’s Objective Morality as defined in “The Beginning”

God the Holy Spirit articulates, in various parts of His written Covenant with mankind (the Scriptures), that objective morality is written upon the heart of mankind at conception as it was in the creation of Adam, the first man.

It is written…

“…in that they show the work of the Law written in their hearts, their conscience bearing witness and their thoughts alternately accusing or else defending them,” Romans 2:15 (NASB)

Evidence relevant to infused morality?

The evidence of God’s infused morality within mankind is demonstrated by the thoughts and actions of the first man and first woman immediately subsequent to their rebellion to our Creator’s edict prohibiting compromise with evil.

In the following Scripture, note the manifestation of fear, shame, deceit, obfuscation, all defining and substantiating the presence of objective morality in both Adam and Eve.

“Then the eyes of both of them were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together and made themselves loin coverings. [shame]

They heard the sound of the Lord God walking in the garden in the cool of the day, and the man and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the Lord God among the trees of the garden. [fear; shame] Then the Lord God called to the man, and said to him, “Where are you?” He said, “I heard the sound of You in the garden, and I was afraid because I was naked; so I hid myself.” [fear; shame] And He said, “Who told you that you were naked? Have you eaten from the tree of which I commanded you not to eat?” The man said, “The woman whom You gave to be with me, she gave me from the tree, and I ate.” [obfuscation; pride; denial of culpability] Then the Lord God said to the woman, “What is this you have done?” And the woman said, “The serpent deceived me, and I ate.” [pride; obfuscation; denial of culpability]

Why has God infused morality within mankind?

Apparently, our Creator has at least two-primary reasons for infusing morality into the inner-man of Human KIND.

1) Protection of Human Kind through objective moral standards ensuring the sustainability of the species by thwarting destructive behaviors.

2) Objective morality infused at conception is necessary for judgment in Eternity to manifest with equity and due process.

The atheist will be quick to point out that “religion” is not a source of morality and that man can pursue morality apart from religion or a god. The atheist will also point to the Holy Bible and scoff at the concept of the Scriptures as a guide to morality. I partially agree with the atheist relevant to this premise.

The Holy Bible is NOT simply a Book of morality and the Holy Spirit did not construct same with such a singular purpose in mind. The Holy Bible is also a written Covenant of Grace between God and mankind as established by grace through faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and said Covenant is sealed/guaranteed by the indwelling Holy Spirit of Promise (Ephesians 1:13). Morality cannot be internalized via a book. Basic objective morality is infused into the inner-man (spirit) of every human being at conception by God.

For clarification, the Bible does articulate moral objectives, standards and behaviors that God defines as acceptable and unacceptable but it is only through the power and guidance of the indwelling Holy Spirit that mankind finds the strength and wisdom to actually live a life that is morally and ethically pleasing to God (Galatians 5:16; Psalm 119:9-16).

Mankind is without excuse

From the most remote Aborigine to the urbanized city-dweller in America, if neither read a single Scripture from the Holy Bible in their lifetime, they are both equally culpable for iniquity/sin/disobedience before our Holy and Just Creator in this life constrained by Time and at Judgment in Eternity. That culpability manifests equally throughout God’s human creation beginning with The Genesis concerning the first-man, Adam, because our Creator has infused His objective moral law into our inner-man; therefore, we are all culpable before God irrespective of our education, our socialization, our beliefs, our loyalties.

The only exemptions from culpability for sin are granted to children who have not attained an age of reason/accountability sufficient to discern good from evil, moral from immorality and the mentally handicap individual incapable of moral judgment (Matthew 19:14). Without conscious awareness of God’s moral law written upon our heart, there is no sin; therefore, children and the mentally handicapped are secure in God’s righteousness, fairness, justice and compassion (Romans 4:15; Romans 5:12-14).

As an aside, understand that every man and woman having attained an age of reason is aware of God’s moral law and they are also aware of God’s reality and His validity in both Time and Eternity; therefore, if anyone rejects God’s authority and His reality they will be “without excuse” at their Judgment in Eternity (Romans 1:18-32).

As a result of our first Earthly father, Adam, and his rebellion to – rejection of God’s Covenant of provision and sustenance, all of mankind has inherited a sin-nature through Adam’s seed and we are all therefore guilty before God in accordance with His standard of perfection as written upon our heart via the objective-divine-natural moral law.

If not for the restraining power of the Holy Spirit over this fallen-World and mankind’s sinful-nature, mankind would implode in self-destructive behavior much like the generation of Noah (Genesis 6:5-8).

Conclusion: Comparison-Contrast

Darwin’s naturalistic perspective relevant to objective morality has proven itself to be wholly inadequate as a restrainer of destructive behaviors as well as a contradiction to the theory of evolution. Darwin offers zero-answers and zero-solutions to self-destructive immorality and the ever-present problem of “diminishing returns” concerning the addictive nature of sensuality/lust/the pursuit of pleasure.

The Holy Spirit of God, Who was present at Creation, demonstrates that God the Father infuses the natural law, objective morality within the inner-man (spirit of man) so that Judgment in Eternity will manifest in equity with due process. We see that God has also infused objective morality into the inner-man as a bulwark thwarting destructive behaviors that would otherwise negate the sustainability of Human KIND.

God the Father has also outlined a Covenant by which He provides mankind a pathway leading to obedience to the moral law by grace through faith in Jesus Christ; a Covenant of the New Birth that constrains the sin-nature of mankind through the process of Sanctification; Sanctification being a process whereby the inner-man is incrementally transformed into a new-man/new-woman through the guidance and strength of the indwelling Holy Spirit.

It is the indwelling Holy Spirit received upon one’s faith/belief in Jesus Christ as Lord that teaches the redeemed individual that pursuit of Worldly lust/immorality is futile while the Sanctification process initiated by faith in Christ ultimately leads to Divine “contentment” which leads to Divine “joy” which culminates in everlasting “peace.”

When Divine contentment controls the inner-man, the fallen-nature, though it remains a formidable foe, is tempered and controllable through obedience to the Holy Spirit and it is through the Holy Spirit that the “Fruits of the Spirit” are manifest in one’s life.

2) Our Creator left Eternity some 2019-yrs ago and entered Time through the seed of the woman; He walked among us in the flesh for 33.5-years defining God to everyone who would receive His Gospel (Philippians 2:5-11). No honest historian can deny the reality of Jesus Christ-Yeshua and His irrefutable impact on history and the personal lives of billions-of-people saved by grace through faith subsequent to His resurrection from the dead.

3) Our Creator has provided His human creation with a written “Covenant of Law” and a written “Covenant of Grace” authored by the Holy Spirit explaining origin-meaning-morality-destiny and the Spirit supported these subjects with irrefutable Truth that is under girded by logical consistency, empirical adequacy, experiential relevance; therefore, anyone who rejects this Covenant as articulated within the Holy Bible will die in their sin and die a second death in Hell for rejecting Jesus Christ as Lord and Mediator for that sin (John 8:24). This “second death” in Hell will be necessary because unrepentant sin will NOT be permitted to enter God’s Kingdom subsequent to death of the body constrained by Time (Revelation 21:27).

It is the total absolution from the stain of sin that permits me access to God’s Kingdom subsequent to death of the body (2 Corinthians 5:8); without same, nothing impure will be permitted to enter the Kingdom of God (Revelation 21:27). Mankind, who has rejected the pardon freely offered by God the Father by grace through faith in the Son, Jesus Christ, will tragically die a “second death” in Hell for this very reason, their unrepentant, unforgiven, destructive, sin will bar them from God’s Kingdom in Eternity (Revelation 20:14); therefore, they will lose both body and soul in Hell forever (Matthew 10:28).

Is Hell everlasting torment for mankind?

Hell, for mankind, is not a place of everlasting torment but a place where the sins of unredeemed man will be fairly punished commensurate with the deeds done in the body, then the body and soul of the condemned will die a “second death” and cease to exist forever (Revelation 20:14; Matthew 10:28). Only the Devil, the False Prophet and The Beast (possibly the fallen-angels – demons) will suffer forever-Eternally in Hell (Revelation 20:10).

Why is Hell necessary?

The death of unredeemed mankind in Hell is necessary because God the Father will NOT permit the destructiveness of sin, the unrepentant sin of man, to enter and dwell within His Kingdom (Revelation 21:27). Hades-Sheol/Torments then Hell

Mark, first of all, Mormonism is not actually the “Church” as per the Church’ affiliation with Jesus Christ and His Gospel. Mormonism is an extremely large cult aligned with other pagan cults such as Jehovah’s Witnesses and Catholicism. None of these reflect the purity and simplicity of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and His sufficiency as Mediator for sin; the Gospel as the Holy Spirit has articulated within the Scriptures.

In fact, Mark, you, as an atheist, have more in common with Mormonism, Jehovah’s Witnesses and Catholicism than Christianity has in common with any of you seeing that anyone who strictly adheres to their cultic doctrines of demons will suffer a similar fate as the demonically-led atheist in Hell; this inevitable horrific fate is the resultant of their rejection of the sufficiency of Jesus Christ – alone – as the Mediator and Propitiation concerning the sins of mankind.

LGBTQ – Gender Confusion…

In response to your support of “gender therapy,” let it be known that gender confusion in our current generation of moral compromise, moral relativism, finds is deception in the darkness of this fallen-World. From the beginning, our Creator created us male and female and with the exception of very rare genomic malformations resulting in hermaphroditism, if you’re born with a penis, you are a male and if you’re born with a vagina, you’re a female. This truism is relevant for the life of the body in Time; attempts to altar God’s Plan are futile.

The answer to gender-confusion is to reach down and grab your boot-straps or buckle your high-heals and accept what our God, through Nature, has made you and act accordingly. Stop believing the lies of “psychologists” with an agenda and the lies of those who live and profit from the degradation of the flesh while advocating for the lies of “revisionist gay theology” i.e. a lie from Hell. If you’re a male, act like you have a pair of testicles and conduct yourself as a man-masculine; if you’re a female, cherish your beauty and honor your life-giving body that God provided you. Also, just to be clear…homosexuality and lesbianism are NOT “natural” behaviors and there are no “gay genes” and you are not born “gay.” Homosexuality-Lesbianism is wilful rebellion to God’s Covenant of Marriage as established in The Genesis (Gen. 2:22-25) and reiterated by our Creator, Jesus Christ, in the Gospels (Mark 10:6-9); therefore, homosexuality and lesbianism are violations of God’s Divine Moral Law, the Natural Law, infused within our inner-man at conception. Unrepentant LGBTQ will be “without excuse” at Judgment in Eternity (Romans 1:18-32)!

Unless the practicing homosexual-lesbian humbles them self and repents of their sin and believes in their heart, confesses with their mouth that Jesus Christ is God who died to pay their sin-debt and that He was resurrected for their justification, said homosexual-lesbian will not NOT find life in God’s Kingdom but they will die in sin and ultimately lose both body and soul in Hell (Romans 10:9-10; Matthew 10:28).

Jesus Christ, in the Covenant of Grace, died so that all sinners (all of mankind), including the homosexual-lesbian, could find forgiveness for their immorality and thereby find a relationship with God the Father by grace through faith; that is, by trusting in Jesus Christ as Lord for the mediation of sin.
