Sevierville, TN…too LOUD for my money…

Dear Mayor Waters (Sevier County Mayor),

I am visiting your city/county today, 9-9-21, and my wife and I are searching for real estate, a home, property, investment, but your City/County of Sevier is inundated with illegally LOUD motorcycles, automobiles, trucks, equipped with illegal aftermarket exhausts that emit in multiples (logarithmic) the legal, total, minimally safe, dB(A) of 80 as per the US EPA. I’m sitting here in my RV at the McDonald’s downtown on 441…it is a shame that you and your police department allow these disrespectful, loud, narcissistic thugs to abuse the citizenry with illegal motor vehicle noise, obviously without fear of a police response. Shame on you and your police chief. We will NOT invest our money in a city, county, community, where the administration refuses to provide the most basic of governmental services i.e. protection and enforcement.
