Dear Mayor Wear,

 
My wife and I entered Pigeon Forge, TN this morning, 9-10-21, searching for real estate, an investment, only to find another Tennessee municipality inundated with illegally LOUD motorcycles, automobiles and trucks. Shame on you and your administration, your PD, for allowing America’s national plague to destroy the ambiance, the environment and the beauty of Pigeon Forge. Are you administrators, your police department, fearful of enforcing the motor vehicle muffler laws, stopping the motor vehicle thuggery in your municipalities and providing the most basic of governmental responsibilities i.e. protection? Why do you allow these LOUD narcissistic thugs operating incredibly loud motor vehicles to audibly assault your citizenry…why? 

I have written on America’s National NOISE Plague and made every legal effort to counter the problem…shame on you and your PD for allowing these narcissistic thugs to destroy your beautiful city and audibly assault your most innocent and those most susceptible to the injurious effects of illegal motor vehicle noise. I will not invest my money in a city or county that is unable or refuses to provide the most basic of governmental responsibilities i.e. protection.
