What did Jesus mean when He said: “Heaven and Earth shall pass away, but my words shall never pass away”? Matthew 24:35

What did Jesus mean when He said: “Heaven and Earth shall pass away but my words shall never pass away”? Matthew 24:35

Discussion,

Heaven and Earth will pass away, they are temporary (2 Peter 3:7; Rev 21:1) but Elohim’s words, His spiritual law, has been relevant as an arbiter of free will subsequent the creation of the angels; therefore, Elohim’s words will NEVER pass away (Matthew 24:35) as Jesus is the divine Logos, Word of Elohim, Eternal (John 1) and free will remains extant in Eternity by necessity.

The Sinai Commandments, the codified law – Torah Law, were eschatological in motive and temporary in nature. Sinai was given Moses and Israel’s children due Elohim’s concerns relevant to a repeat of the failures likened to that of the Adamic and Noahic generations; two generations of wicked defilement, a demonically possessed people who thwarted their ordination as progenitors of the Messiah due their compromise with demonic paganism (Genesis 6:5); consequently, Elohim provided Israel’s children a codified edition of His spiritual law, a fragmented portion of the spiritual law etched in stone, scratched upon parchment, as divine instructions as to how Israel was to be holy as He is Holy (Exodus 19:6) and how Israel would shun the enticements of the pagan tribes around them who relentlessly sought Israel’s compromise with the pagan gods; namely, Baal and Molech (Exodus 20:3-5); a demonic compromise that would have also thwarted Israel’s ordination as progenitors of the Messiah as promised through Abraham (Genesis 12:3b).

Sinai was given specifically to Israel’s children and those who sought refuge in that theocracy under LAW. Sinai and Moses have passed…their intent is fulfilled in Messiah and Messiah’s defeat of Satan’s works at Golgotha via a Gospel that was ordained “before Time began” (1 John 3:8b; 2 Timothy 1:8-10); therefore, anyone who belongs to the Father via faith in the Son is NOT under Law but under Grace (Romans 6:14) and the Holy Spirit is the Christian’s “divine Law” through daily sanctification via “fruits of the Spirit” produced through the anointing of the Spirit’s work through the redeemed servants of Messiah (Galatians 5:16-23); in this, the Father is glorified (John 15:8).

Jesus fulfilled the Law – what does this mean for those who honor Him as Messiah?

Jesus fulfilled the Law…so what does this mean for those who honor Him as Messiah?

Discussion,

Jesus fulfilled the Law just as He said in v.17 of Matthew 5…He is the only One genomically capable of accomplishing same as Jesus circumvented the Adamic sin-nature via the virgin birth (Romans 5:12; Matthew 1:23).

Jesus kept the Law for us, He fulfilled it and He offers us His righteousness, His perfection, gifted-imputed into our life when we trust in Him as our Messiah (2 Corinthians 5:21) and consequently the Father deems us “not guilty” by New Covenant promise (Hebrews 8:12) and the Father guarantees this promise by Gifting the redeemed in Jesus with the Holy Spirit who is Guarantor of New Covenant promise, forever (Ephesians 1:13-14).

IT IS NOT our righteousness or servitude to Torah, Sinai, Moses, days or diets that makes us “right” with Elohim but it is by grace, a divine gift in response to faith (Ephesians 2:8-9), that engenders New Covenant with the Father (Hebrews 10) and we honor the Father subsequent faith in Messiah through obedience to the indwelling Spirit (Galatians 5:16) who enlivens the “spiritual law” written upon our heart; this, in combination with the “new creation” in Messiah; a “new creation” having manifest via a redeemed conscience (2 Corinthians 5:17) and it is the indwelling Spirit who “works” and produces “fruit” through us, divine fruit – against which there is no Law (Galatians 5:22-23) as this divine fruit fulfills ALL LAW; both, Spiritual and Codified; consequently, this New Covenant reality has absolutely NOTHING to do with Sinai or Moses or Torah but is rooted in a Gospel ordained “before Time began” (Romans 6:14; 2 Timothy 1:8-10).

What is the meaning and purpose of LIFE?

This temporary life constrained by Time and physics is a temporary battle ground for an unfathomable war with its origin in the eternal Spiritual Realm and you and I are intricate players in that war between good v. evil. Our purpose here is as warriors who will choose to ally with our Creator or our Creator’s nemesis and our destiny is wholly contingent upon our alliances in the here and now.

If you do not understand this reality, a spiritual reality clearly articulated within the Canon of Scripture, nihilism is the resultant, nihilism is pervasive and spiritual ignorance is death of the body, mind, soul. Our Creator has provided you with His battle strategy within the Canon of Scripture and Elohim has clearly articulated the who, what, where, when, why, how, concerning your origin and your purpose and your destiny; therefore, you are provided the opportunity to KNOW and LIVE ABUNDANTLY in that knowledge or deny and DIE IN FUTILITY; if you desire “meaning” and “purpose” in this temporary life you will find it in the Canon of Scripture and ultimately in a personal, intimate, relationship with your Creator who is Jesus our Messiah; otherwise, your tenure upon this temporary Earth will be of no account, an existence of wastefulness.

You are a spirit encapsulated, constrained, confined, within a decaying body of flesh and your spirit is created in the spiritual image of your Creator (Genesis 1:26-28) possessing certain divine attributes of our Creator; therefore, if you exist apart from your Creator through denial of His existence and sovereignty over your life, you will exist in nihilism, a subpar existence defined by an all encompassing sense of dissatisfaction with the status quo, you will question your raison d’etre and life will have no lasting purpose or joy. If you choose to honor your Creator, Jesus Christ, by faith and trust in Him as your Sovereign Lord, your life will be filled with purpose, hope, peace; therefore, choose wisely. Walk daily in Christian sanctification via obedience to the indwelling Holy Spirit; here, you will find peace (Galatians 5:16; Romans 5:1). This life is NOT about religion’s days and diets and rules and regulations or secularism’s sexual fulfillment and money and the acquisition of things; this life is about serving our Creator and honoring His will through faith, nothing more than an intimate; personal, relationship with the One who created you; herein is the answer and purpose of life within the Realm of Time.

Jesus said,

39 You search the Scriptures because you think that in them you have eternal life; and it is they that bear witness about me,40 yet you refuse to come to me that you may have life.41 I do not receive glory from people.42 But I know that you do not have the love of God within you.43 I have come in my Father’s name, and you do not receive me. If another comes in his own name, you will receive him.44 How can you believe, when you receive glory from one another and do not seek the glory that comes from the only God? John 5 (ESV)

Reason #11 relevant to WHY Atheism is Killing America…

See: “10-Reasons why Atheism is Killing America” https://rickeyholtsclaw.com/2019/02/21/why-atheism-is-killing-america/

@Putin challenged me to provide an eleventh-reason why Atheism is killing America; this, in addition to the ten-reasons articulated in a Debate Premise published on 3/09/24 in this DebateIsland forum that teams with representatives of Satan i.e., the vile atheist…

Reason#11 why Liberalism-Progressivism-Atheism are destroying America is the do-gooder virtue signaling LEFT’s warped understanding of human nature as the atheist denies the Biblical sin-nature of humanity (Romans 5:12) and erroneously, foolishly, believes that human nature is basically “good” and all that is required for that “goodness” to manifest in reality is the provision of Maslow’s needs made readily accessible…an ingratiating environment conducive to human realization of nirvana and then there would be World peace and interpersonal relationships of love, joy, fulfillment….these are the thoughts of a demonic fool and we see them played-out in real time via our current war on police; war on jurisprudence-bail-confinement-do the crime do the time…the decriminalization of theft, drugs, forms of assault…BLM, ANTIFA….the atheist is a boil on the butt of America.

12 Therefore, just as through one man sin entered into the world, and death through sin, and so death spread to all men, because all sinned— 13 for until the Law sin was in the world, but sin is not imputed when there is no law. 14 Nevertheless death reigned from Adam until Moses, even over those who had not sinned in the likeness of the offense of Adam, who is a type of Him who was to come. 15 But the free gift is not like the transgression. For if by the transgression of the one the many died, much more did the grace of God and the gift by the grace of the one Man, Jesus Christ, abound to the many.

Are the secular religions of Atheism-Secular Humanism based solely on Faith?

I hear the demonically deceived atheists and secular humanists that plague these forums and debates with baseless, unsubstantiated, rhetoric, theories, concerning the myths espoused by Darwin, Aron Ra, Sam Harris, Richard Dawkins, Hawking…and I ask the atheist to provide evidence that our Creator does not exist by providing evidence of a naturalistic creation apart from a supernatural Creator yet no evidence is forthcoming; therefore, is it logical to conclude that an atheist’ denial of an omnipotent, supernatural, Creator is based solely upon FAITH? I think it is, change my mind?

Did Elohim foreordain Atheism, rejection of Jesus as Messiah?

Did Elohim foreordain – predestine the Atheist to reject Him in Jesus Christ?

Romans 8:29: For those whom he foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, in order that he might be the firstborn among many brothers.”

Christian Response…

Romans 8:29 tells you that Elohim foreknew you and predestined you to conform to the image of Jesus Christ via the imputation by faith but you chose to conform to the image of Elohim’s nemesis, Satan.

Consider this as it is most relevant, a case in point…

Elohim also foreknew and foreordained Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, as the Patriarchy of a people Elohim called “the apple of my eye” (Zechariah 2:8) and Elohim lavished them with His covenants and provisions and protection and sustenance as they were to be the progenitors of His Messiah through Judah; Messiah Yeshua came directly, specifically, to Israel’s children (Matthew 15:24) to proselytize them in the New Covenant’s Gospel and prepare them as ministers of the Gospel to the entire World via the Great Commission; this, in fulfillment of Elohim’s promise to Abraham (Genesis 12:3b); unfortunately, Israel’s children (like you and other atheists in this forum) rejected their Messiah; Israel’s children rejected the New Covenant and the Gospel; Israel’s children via free will rejected their ordination as ministers of the Great Commission; Israel’s children conspired with Rome to murder their Messiah upon a tree while exclaiming that Messiah’s blood be upon them and their children (Matthew 27:25); therefore, Elohim in Jesus was broken and crushed due their rejection (Matthew 23:37) and ultimately the Gospel and the Great Commission were taken from Israel and given to the Gentile; this, until the fullness of the Gentiles have entered the Kingdom (Romans 11:25; Acts 13:46) and Israel has subsequently, consequently, been placed under judgment and only a “remnant” of Israel’s children will escape the “second death” in Hell due their unbelief and their blindness (Isaiah 10:22; Romans 9:27); therefore, even though Elohim poured Himself and His divine codified laws and covenants into Israel’s children, it was their rejection, their unbelief, their stubbornness, that overrode Elohim’s divine will and ordination of Israel’s children…you are no different…you have been given Jesus as Mediator for your sin by faith yet you err in wisdom and judgment and discernment exactly like Israel’s children, to this very day.

Concerning the Atheist-Marxist who criticizes – insults Jesus Christ, His righteousness…

Concerning the Atheist – Marxist – and their criticism of Jesus our Messiah – His morality and His righteousness…

Morality finds its genesis in our moral, ethical, holy, righteous, Creator, Elohim, as He has written His eternal Spiritual Law upon the human heart (Romans 2:14-15; Hebrews 10:16), infused same within the human genome on Day-6 as Elohim created human kind in His spiritual image possessing certain divine communicable attributes; this, for His eschatological purposes going forward; specifically, as a bulwark against unrestrained narcissism that would have inevitably culminated in societal implosion (Genesis 1:26-28).

The Spiritual Law has been extant as an arbiter of free will subsequent the creation of the angels and that Law will remain extant throughout Eternity as free will remains extant by necessity; this, concerning love and intimacy and relationship with our Creator (John 3:16). The Spiritual Law will also be employed by Jesus Christ at your “Judgment of the Condemned” (Rev 20:11-15) and that Spiritual Law will adjudicate you “guilty” where you will lose both body and soul in Hell in the “second death” as you have rejected Jesus as your Messiah and atonement for your sin (John 3; Acts 4:12).

Elohim does not act in a tyrannical way…He responds with justice and appropriate judgement; after all, this is HIS creation. It is your spiritual father, Satan (John 8:44), that is causation for tyranny and suffering and death and you will perish in Hell in a fate similar to his in that Day (Rev 20:10). Elohim has a specific reason and cause for having created the Realm of Time and physics…this is beyond you or your judgement…you’re but a vapor, a breath in Time (James 4:14) and your spiritual positioning makes you rather irrelevant as well as the only purpose you have in the Realm of Time is servitude to Jesus as His ally but you have chosen to be His foe and you will therefore reap what you sow (Galatians 6:7-8).

Is “repentance” a crucial element of salvation?

Is “repentance” with faith a crucial element of salvation? (Luke 13:3)

Discussion,

Yes, the expression of one’s sincere sorrow for a life lived in sin is essential as an element of salvation along with faith in Jesus as Messiah but I say this with an often times misunderstood caveat.

One expresses their sorrow for a sinful life and a sincere desire to repent at Salvation but true repentance is not possible until the Holy Spirit takes up residence within the believer as Guarantor of New Covenant relationship (Ephesians 1:13-14) and the believer begins their daily walk in Christian sanctification where the Spirit combines the “new creation” in Jesus (2 Corinthians 5:17) with the enlivened spiritual law written upon the heart (Hebrews 10:16); it is at this juncture that obedience/repentance is realized through the production of divine fruit (Galatians 5:22-23) in the daily life of those who belong to Jesus by faith (Galatians 5:16-23; John 15:8).

Jesus commands repentance as does the Holy Spirit,

Yes, Jesus has told us that unless one repents they will in no way enter the Kingdom of Elohim (Luke 13:3) and sincere sorrow for a life of sin expressed as part of the salvation confession is essential in combination with sincere faith-belief that Jesus is Messiah but the realization of true repentance, actuated repentance, does NOT manifest until subsequent salvation as this true repentance is only possible by obedience to the indwelling Holy Spirit who is Guarantor of New Covenant relationship with the Father established by faith in Jesus as Messiah (Ephesians 1:13-14).

Repentance does NOT suggest a works salvation,

It is not necessary nor is it possible that one “change their life” first in order to receive the promise of salvation by faith but it is necessary that one express true sorrow for a life lived in disobedience while simultaneously possessing a heart that desires divine “change” in combination with faith, faith that Jesus is Messiah who died for our sin and it is the Holy Spirit who takes the sincere desire for “change” and makes that change a reality through His divine work in daily sanctification via the production of divine fruit; Jesus said, “You will know them by their fruit” (Matthew 7:15-20).

Therefore, you cannot sufficiently clean-purify yourself by good works in order to make yourself righteous before Elohim (Galatians 2:16; Romans 3:21), only the Holy Spirit changes the human heart and the Spirit only works sanctification in the life of the one who expresses sincere faith in Jesus as Messiah. You are “made righteous” through the “imputation” or gifting of Messiah’s righteousness over your life by faith in Him as your Messiah (2 Corinthians 5:21); this, by faith in Jesus, and you are only sanctified through the work of the indwelling Holy Spirit during daily sanctification, a life-long process where the Holy Spirit prepares the redeemed in Jesus for service in the New Jerusalem (Galatians 5:16); it is during daily sanctification that true repentance manifests through the production of divine fruit (John 15:8; Matthew 3:8).

Case in point concerning repentance,

If you offended me and hated me and ridiculed me through your actions and words but came to me asking for a favor or intercession due my unique ability to provide that “favor” but you remained in your offensive posture…why would I entertain your request seeing that you express no desire to change your attitude toward me? Why would Elohim entertain the prayer for salvation offered by one who had no intent or desire to change their obsession with the Adamic sin-nature?

Why did Jesus ask the Father if the suffering of the Cross was necessary for Him to endure?

Why did Jesus ask the Father if the suffering of the Cross was necessary for Him to endure?

Discussion,

My God, My God, why has thou forsaken me? Matthew 27:46 – Psalm 22:1

saying, “Father, if you are willing, remove this cup from me. Nevertheless, not my will, but yours, be done.” Luke 22:42

When interpreting Jesus’ words throughout His Earthly ministry, it is very important to differentiate between Jesus speaking from His hypostasis (divine union of Deity & Flesh) and Jesus’ words spoken exclusively from His Deity (Philippians 2:5-11). Jesus’ primary reason for entering the Realm of Time was “to destroy the works of the Devil” (1 John 3:8b) as per Genesis 3:15 and the battle strategy He was foreordained to employ is the Gospel of Grace, a Gospel that was ordained “before Time began” (2 Timothy 1:8-10), a battle strategy that Elohim demonstrated for us in Genesis 3:21; this, immediately subsequent the fall of humanity.

Jesus modeled for us, in His humanity, proper protocol concerning relationship with the Father, one of trust and obedience. Jesus honored a delineation of authority in the Godhead and Jesus modeled obedience to the Father in all things even though Jesus possessed a separate will (Luke 22:42), a separate will primarily influenced via the hypostatic union, a will integral with the flesh (Philippians 2:5-11). The unfathomable role that Jesus was to fulfill as the “Spotless Lamb of Elohim” “who takes away the sins of the World” (John 1:29; 1 Peter 1:18-19; Matthew 26:26-29) was not only physiologically devastating as He would be scourged-beaten beyond recognition by the Roman authorities and almost bleed to death via lacerations – trauma as prophesied in Isaiah 53 and Psalm 22, but Jesus would receive spikes through His hands, a spike through His feet, hung on a tree until He suffocated to death; this, while struggling to push Himself upwards against the gravity working to collapse his lung cavity; this physiological suffering, which was only surpassed by the spiritual separation from the Father, was something Jesus had never experienced in His eternal relationship with the Father; this, as your sin and my sin was placed upon Him, sin that Jesus had never experienced in His Deity; therefore, in His humanity Jesus asked the Father if there was any alternative to what was foreordained for Him to suffer; in response to the overwhelming stress, Jesus literally sweat drops of blood in His anxiety (Luke 22:44 – Hematohidrosis) yet Jesus honored the Father’s will and complied with the eschatological mandates of the Cross in order to “destroy the works of the Devil” i.e., death-Hell-the grave; this, for all who would believe that Jesus is the Messiah who died for them (John 3; 1 John 3:8b).

Jesus’ death, burial and resurrection are eschatological imperatives concerning the restoration of peace, holiness, order, to the Kingdom ravaged by a coup d’état initiated by a rebellious cherub and the spiritual war that ensued having been relegated to this Earth, a spiritual war partially constrained by Time and physics that was foreordained to be won by the Messiah as per Genesis 3:15; this, in addition to all that has transpired over the previous 6000-years of unfathomable horror within the Realm of Time, these eschatological imperatives will ultimately be a bulwark against future rebellion in the Kingdom, the New Jerusalem, where free will remains extant by necessity.

You and I are active participants in this spiritual war that rages on around us and through us 24/7/365 (Ephesians 6) and we are relegated to two-choices concerning our loyalty and servitude in our Earthly lives constrained by Time and physics…do we honor Jesus as Messiah as He endeavors to right the wrong committed in the Kingdom before the Creation narrative or do we ally with the nemesis of Jesus through unbelief? Our eternal destiny is wholly contingent upon whom we choose to ally with and serve within the Realm of Time.

Jews/Israelite’s insist the New Covenant belongs only to Israel, the Gentile is excluded; what is the Truth?

Jews and Israelite’s insist that the New Covenant was given only to Israel; therefore, the Gentile is excluded; what is the truth? (Ezekiel 36; Jeremiah 31)

Discussion,

The promise to Abraham by Elohim is inclusive of “every family of the Earth;” this, long before Jacob and the 12-Tribes (Genesis 12:3b). Israel was foreordained to be ministers of the Gospel, the Great Commission and Messiah came directly to them for this specific purpose (Matthew 15:24), but Israel rejected their Messiah and conspired to murder Him upon a tree while exclaiming that Messiah’s blood be upon them and their children (Matthew 27:25); Israel rejected the Gospel and the Great Commission (Matthew 23:37); therefore, Elohim pivoted eschatologically and gave the Gospel and the Great Commission to the Gentile (Romans 11:25; Acts 13:46); therefore, only a “remnant” of Israel’s children will escape the “second death” in Hell due their unbelief, rejection of Yeshua as Messiah (Isaiah 10:22; Romans 9:27); apparently, Torah is not a path to righteousness (Galatians 2:16; Romans 3:20) other than as a roadmap pointing Israel to their need for Messiah by faith (Galatians 3:24).
