Question concerning God as our Law-Giver: “WHEN DID YAHWEH BECOME OUR LAW-GIVER? EXODUS 34 :1-5; EXODUS 34:28; EXODUS 3:12-15; NEHEMIAH 9 :13-14; PSALMS 89:28-35?”

God became our Law Giver with the creation of the angels and His moral law/natural law was infused into the first man, Adam, and every human being subsequent to Adam (Romans 2:15) as mankind is created in the spiritual image of God and has received certain communicable attributes of God; one of those attributes is an inherent knowledge of God’s reality and His moral law/natural law (Genesis 1:26-28). This was done for two-primary purposes,

1) The moral law of conscience (natural law) acts as a bulwark against unrestrained narcissism and thereby prevents the complete annihilation of human kind through unrestrained hate and lust and covetousness.

2) The moral law of conscience infused by God into His human creation ensures that Judgment in Eternity will manifest with due process and equity; therefore, every man and woman standing in Judgment before Messiah Jesus will be “without excuse” (Romans 1:18-32; Romans 14:11; Revelation 20:11-15).

Concerning God’s written Law through Moses,

The Law of the Covenant provided by God through Moses to Jacob’s children, etched in stone at Sinai and scratched upon parchment, was given to the Hebrew Tribes through Moses for a number of reasons,

1. Jacob’s children were specifically set-apart by God for His purposes as they were to be God’s representatives within the Realm of Time; therefore, Jacob’s children were to be Holy as God is Holy (Leviticus 20:26; Deuteronomy 14:2) and display God’s blessings for obedience, God’s curse and wrath for disobedience (Deuteronomy 28).
2. God’s written Laws given to the children of Jacob were codified in stone and on parchment detailing the Holiness of God and specifically articulating God’s expectation of holiness and obedience in a people group that would be called by His Name as the Hebrew Tribes moved through lands inundated with warring pagan tribes and pagan gods en route to the Land of Promise. Compromise with paganism was unacceptable; therefore, the written Law defined God’s expectations of holiness.
3. God’s written Laws given the children of Jacob demonstrated Israel’s need for an Intercessor concerning righteousness and atonement as the one who approached the Law with fear and trembling understood their inability to keep the Law in mandated perfection (Deuteronomy 27:26). The astute child of Jacob understood that by the works of the Law no one would be found righteous before God but the one who offered their sacrifice by faith, it would be their faith that justified them and not their attempted works of righteousness through Law yet lasting individual atonement for sin remained absent.
4. God’s written Laws given the children of Jacob outlined God’s Messianic and eschatological plans for Israel through whom God would bring forth His Messiah via the seed of the woman through the Tribe of Judah (Genesis 3:15; Genesis 12:3; Genesis 49:10). The Law, the Ark of the Covenant, all demonstrated the coming Messiah through types and prophecy and holiness while God the Father continues to use Jacob’s children as an eschatological time-clock telling the astute and the faithful to watch my people (Jacob’s children) and they will demonstrate where I AM at any given time in World history even up to the time of the Judgment concerning the World and the establishment of the New Jerusalem on a New Earth within a New Heaven.

Israel having failed to keep God’s Laws in mandated perfection was shown mercy by the promise of a New Covenant (2 Timothy 1:9-10), unlike the Covenant of Law which Israel broke, but a New Covenant where the Law would be written upon the heart of the faithful in Messiah and God’s Holy Spirit would be given to the faithful and the Spirit indwelling the child of God would carefully lead God’s people to obey the Law and He would be their God, forever (Jeremiah 31:31-35; Ezekiel 36:26-27; Hebrews 10:16).

In the New Covenant, a Covenant of Grace, mankind is no longer beleaguered by an arduous Law on Stone and scratched upon parchment that only defined sin and condemned void atonement (Romans 3:20; Romans 7:6; Romans 8:3), but in the New Covenant, the faithful trust in the One who kept the Law in perfection for us, Jesus Christ, and by trusting in Jesus, the faithful receive the imputation of Messiah’s perfection/righteousness over their life (2 Corinthians 5:21) by grace through faith as the Law is fulfilled for us in Messiah (Matthew 5:17) and the Holy Spirit writes those Laws upon our heart and carefully guides us in obedience to God’s will through the daily process of sanctification (Hebrews 10:16; John 14:16-17; John 14:26).

Question concerning resurrection:“If People believe they go directly to heaven when they die! What’s the point of the resurrection?”

The resurrection of the righteous in Jesus Christ will provide the faithful who die in Christ a body fashioned after the body of our Lord (Philippians 3:21) as we will live with Him in the New Jerusalem, a physical kingdom (Revelation 21), and we will see Him just as He is (1 John 3:2). There is an intermediary phase where we will exist in spiritual form in the Spiritual Realm immediately upon our last exhalation in this body of decaying flesh (2 Corinthians 5:8).

At our last exhalation, our spirit, that is essentially the totality of who we intrinsically are, will simply transition “home” into the Spiritual Realm that consumes us, surrounds us, and is only separated by our body of flesh. The Spiritual Realm is NOT some ethereal plane in the distant yonder, but the Spiritual Realm is at our fingertips though we can’t physically apprehend or “grasp” it in its fullness while constrained by flesh and Time and physics.

We are essentially a spirit created in the spiritual image of our God (Genesis 1:26-28) who is Spirit (John 4:24) and though we could exist with our Lord in spiritual form forever, God’s Plan declares a New Heaven and New Earth (Revelation 21), both being physical and interactive via the resurrected body and in a unique turn of events, we will serve our God, Jesus Christ, in resurrected bodies as He will dwell among us in His resurrected body as He is the “first-fruits” of those who have died in faith (1 Corinthians 15:20). Jesus told us that He was going to prepare a place for us and that He would come again and receive us unto Himself that where He is, there we will be also…in our resurrected bodies (John 14:3; Philippians 3:21).

Resurrection of the damned…

There will also be a resurrection of the damned (John 5:28) where those who die having rejected Messiah for the mediation of their sin; these will be resurrected out of Hades-Sheol/Torments (Luke 16; Revelation 20:11-15) and given a body of corruption to stand before our Lord in Judgment (Romans 14:11) and they will lose both body and soul in Hell, forever, in the “second death” (Revelation 20:11-15; Matthew 10:28). The “second death” for mankind is necessary as our Holy God will NOT permit destructive, unrepentant, unatoned for, sin to enter His Kingdom subsequent to the death of the body in Time (Revelation 21:27); after all, it is the destructiveness of sin introduced into the Kingdom before the beginning of Time that initiated the creation of Time, matter and this Earth as a repository for that evil and our Lord’s dealing with same partially within the constraints of Time and physics (Genesis 3:15; 2 Timothy 1:9-10; 1 John 3:8b).

Sabbath Day obsession rises again: “THE SEVENTH DAY SABBATH OF CREATION CANNOT BE CHANGED, WILL NOT BE, STANDS FOREVER FOR MAN’S GOOD, MATTHEW 5 :18-19.”

Christian response, The Sabbath obsession is a psychological and spiritual illness. The Sabbath was never given to the Gentile as a day of observance nor did the Jerusalem Council in Acts 15 instruct the New Testament Church to observe the Sabbath nor was an observance of the Torah commanded as God’s Law is written upon the heart of the faithful through the Spirit. CHRISTIANS ARE NOT BOUND BY THE LAW OF SIN AND DEATH (The Torah) BUT THE CHRISTIAN OBSERVES THE LAW OF THE SPIRIT AS WRITTEN ON OUR HEART AND ADMINISTERED BY HIM THROUGH SANCTIFICATION (Romans 8:3; Hebrews 10; Jeremiah 31).

The Sabbath was given to Moses and the Hebrew Tribes in Exodus 16 some 2500-years subsequent to the 6th-7th-Day of Creation and the Hebrew Tribes required instruction as to how to observe this new Sabbath edict as said edict had never been relevant prior to this time. The 4th-Commandment was codified in stone at Sinai in Exodus 20 and again, given ONLY to the Hebrew Tribes and converts to Judaism. The Sabbath is NOT relevant in the New Covenant established in Messiah Jesus’ blood (Luke 22:20; Hebrews 4) as the Christian is free in Jesus to rest and/or worship on any day they choose and NO ONE, not Seventh Day Adventists or Jews or Law Keepers or any sect of Sabbatarians, possesses the authority to tell a Christian what day they must worship and how they must worship (Romans 14). Jesus is the fulfillment of the Sabbath’s rest mandate (Hebrews 4; Colossians 2:16). Your obsession with a day is wearisome and it is becoming offensive in its suggestive condemnation and in its frequency.

Romans 14, concerning a day to honor our Lord…

5 One person values one day over another, another values every day the same. Each person must be fully convinced in his own mind. 6 The one who observes the day, observes it for the Lord, and the one who eats, does so with regard to the Lord, for he gives thanks to God; and the one who does not eat, it is for the Lord that he does not eat, and he gives thanks to God. 7 For not one of us lives for himself, and not one dies for himself; 8 for if we live, we live for the Lord, or if we die, we die for the Lord; therefore, whether we live or die, we are the Lord’s. 9 For to this end Christ died and lived again, that He might be Lord both of the dead and of the living.10 But as for you, why do you judge your brother or sister? Or you as well, why do you regard your brother or sister with contempt? For we will all appear before the judgment seat of God. 11 For it is written:“As I live, says the Lord, to Me every knee will bow,And every tongue will give praise to God.”12 So then each one of us will give an account of himself to God.

Question concerning the Law and God’s righteousness: “HOW TRUE IT IS THAT NO ONE CAN KEEP THE TEN COMMANDMENTS OF YAHWEH?”

Mankind is born with a sin-nature passed through the genome of our first father, Adam (Romans 5:12), while the Law mandates perfection (James 2:10; Galatians 3:10); therefore, the Law only defines sin and condemns mankind void atonement (Romans 3:20); therefore, the Decalogue and the 613-Laws of the Covenant could never provide life but pointed mankind to the righteousness and holiness of God which is unattainable through the works of the Law while impressing upon the faithful their need for an Intercessor. God the Father provided that Intercessor through the hypostatic union (Philippians 2:6-8) and anyone who believes in Him, Jesus Christ, as Lord and Mediator for sin will find life through the atonement and imputed righteousness (2 Corinthians 5:21), a righteousness and atonement which the Law could never provide (Galatians 2:16).

Israelite misconception articulated:“The Bible is for Israelites. Please stop imagining that someone else’s inheritance is for you. Christianity is a psychiatric condition wherein people imagine that the promises for Israelites can be for them also.”

Actually, the Bible surrounds the Gentiles as it began with the Gentiles for approximately 2000-years until Abraham then Moses, then the Israelite’s rejected God’s Covenants which were predicated upon obedience (Deuteronomy 28) and rejected His Messiah and falsely accused Him of blasphemy then had Him beaten almost to death then had Him murdered upon a tree while demanding that His blood be upon them and their children (Matthew 27:25) so Israel fell under a curse and are blinded (2 Corinthians 3:14-15) and their heart partially hardened (Romans 11:25) and the New Covenant was taken from them and given to the Gentiles (Acts 13:46) until the times of the Gentiles comes to fruition (Romans 11:25); therefore, of the 6000-years of man’s existence since Adam, 4000 of those years has been God dealing with the Gentiles while Isaiah and Paul have clearly stated, by the power of the Holy Spirit, that only a remnant of the Jews will be saved (Isaiah 10:22; Romans 9:27); therefore, you might say the Bible is for the Israelite’s but I see the Gentile trusting in Yeshua today and entering the Kingdom while the Jew is living in rebellion to God’s will and Jesus has warned them that they will be sorrowful when they see Abraham, Isaac, Jacob and the prophets in the Kingdom but they themselves thrown out (Luke 13:28); so then, say what you will; believe what you will; but, I don’t see my God as a respecter of persons (Acts 10:34) but I see my God as honoring those who honor Him by believing in the Son, Jesus Christ, as Lord while their skin color, nationality, race, matters not (Galatians 3:28).

Question concerning good works and salvation: “IF OUR GOOD WORKS CANNOT SAVE US, BECAUSE NO ONE CAN BE RIGHTEOUS, WHAT IS THE MEANING OF 2ND CORINTHIANS 5 :17, ECCL. 12:14?”

The point is this…our works, on our best day, are as a bloody, filthy, menstrual cloth in the nose of our Holy God (Isaiah 64:6) and mankind is encumbered with a sin-nature (Romans 3:23) while the works of the Law, that which differentiates obedience from disobedience, mandates absolute perfection (James 2:10; Galatians 3:10) if one is to achieve righteousness through keeping it; therefore, the Law only defines sin void atonement (Romans 3:20) and therefore the Law only condemns mankind as a sinner and offers NO solution to man’s hopeless condition (Romans 8:3); therefore, God the Father, in His mercy and with grace (unmerited favor, a gift that cannot be earned) through a New Covenant, sent forth His sinless Son into the World to keep the Law for us in perfection (Matthew 5:17) and God the Father has agreed via Covenant (John 3:16; Luke 22:20) to forgive the sins of everyone who believes that Jesus died for them to pay their sin-debt (Romans 10:9-10); in addition, the Father agrees to give every believer in Jesus the perfection, the righteousness, of Jesus imputed into and over their lives and thereby declare them “not guilty” of sin and make them “positionally right” with Him, forever (2 Corinthians 5:21).

It is our obedience, our works of righteousness, SUBSEQUENT to having established relationship with the Father through faith in Jesus that pleases God as our works SUBSEQUENT to our confession of Jesus as Lord validates our faith in Jesus as true and confirms that the Holy Spirit has indeed taken-up residence within us as the Guarantor of Covenant relationship with God the Father (Ephesians 1:13-14).

Question concerning the Trinity, Jesus’ authority and the Father: “Jesus was only lower than the Father while on the earth, correct? So, He is no longer subject to the Father?”

Jesus and the Holy Spirit are coequal with the Father eternally; there is an agreed upon delineation of authority for the purposes of order, structure, modeling federal headship and this has been relevant from eternity past and most relevant beginning with the creation of the angels.

It is necessitated order and obedience and the violation of same in the Kingdom that initiated the creation of Time, our Universe, our genome; in response, the authority to create matter, Time, physics, was delegated to the Son (John 3:35; Hebrews 11:3); the Gospel i.e. the Plan to deal with a destructive rebellion in the Kingdom, was ordained “before the beginning of Time” (2 Timothy 1:9-10); in fact, the primary reason Messiah took-on flesh via the hypostatic union (Philippians 2:6-8) and entered the Realm of Time was to “destroy the works of the Devil” (1 John 3:8b).

The Father, Son, Spirit have always worked in an agreed upon shared authority first introduced into Time through the identifier of Elohim (Genesis 1:1) a plural noun/singular verb; then, the Holy Spirit introduces Himself in Genesis 1:2; the Triune God works in unison (Us – Our) to form the complex human genome on the Sixth-Day of Creation in Genesis 1:26-28; the Son, Jesus Christ born of the virgin seed to circumvent Adam’s sin-nature, is introduced in Genesis 3:15 and the war between the Son and the Devil is declared within that verse as well; then, the battle strategy that Elohim would use to destroy the works of the Devil (the Gospel) is pictured in Genesis 3:21 with the shedding of innocent blood and the clothing of mankind in God’s “robe of righteousness” while God rejects the works of mankind’s hands (fig leaves) to cover his own sin.

The entire focus of God’s Plan to deal with evil is complete within the first three Chapters of God’s revelation to mankind and His Triune nature is modeled there as well and this was done entirely by God to restore order in His Kingdom while maintaining volitional love with the faithful angelic creation that did not follow the Evil One in the rebellion. It is these faithful angels that Elohim adores and His relationship with them is paramount, forever, while human kind is the byproduct of the Gospel and offered life with God, eternally, only by faith in the Son, Jesus Christ our God who defeated and destroyed death, Hell, the grave, for all who believe.

Atheist mocks and denies God’s creation: “Why would God create billions of planets without life on them? This is not the work of God, but of blind chance and randomness. Life on earth is the result of chance, but it is easier for believers in God to give Him the credit due to life’s complexity.”

God created the vastness of the Heavens and the intricacy of the Earth to demonstrate to YOU His power and dominion and authority in all of creation; that is, Time and Eternity; therefore, God provides the magnificence of His creation as preliminary evidence of His reality and God tells you that anyone who rejects this evidence will be “without excuse” when they stand before Him in Judgment (Romans 1:18-32). God has exclusively placed human kind upon this small speck in our Universe for cause with rapidity.

We are here constrained by Time and physics for ONE specific purpose and when God has completed His objective for Time and this Earth, the Earth and the Heavens as we know them will be consumed by fire and remolded, purified (2 Peter 3:7), and the New Jerusalem (God’s physical Kingdom) will be placed upon the New Earth within a New Heaven and those who have honored God the Father by faith in the Son, Jesus Christ, as Lord and Messiah (John 3:16), these will serve our resurrected Lord Jesus Christ in our own resurrected bodies (Philippians 3:21) in the New Jerusalem and we will live and commune and love our God, FOREVER (Revelation 20, 21).

Anti-Trinitarian mocks Jesus’ submission to the Father:“In John 14:28, Jesus said that the Father is greater than Him. Is Jesus the Father too? If He is, then how may Fathers are there?”Christian response, Jesus is not the Father and the Father is not Jesus or the Spirit yet these Three are One-God in essence. Within the Trinity there is an agreed upon delineation of authority which models federal headship in the Biblical family unit and models our submission to legitimate government authorities and most importantly, our submission to God’s authority.

Jesus is both fully God and fully man through the hypostatic union (Philippians 2:8) and Jesus IS our role model as to how we are to honor the Father. Jesus was tempted in all ways just as we but without sin (Hebrews 4:15) and Jesus did not expect anything of us that He Himself was not willing to confront and conquer. Don’t misunderstand Messiah’s words and always interpret Messiah’s discourse from the perspective of His humanity and/or His deity which is determined by the context. Throughout the Scriptures, from Elohim forward (Genesis 1:1), the Trinity has worked together with intimacy and order and structure to “destroy the works of the Devil” (1 John 3:8b) and conquer death, Hell and the grave for all who love God and trust in the work of Messiah upon the Cross for the atonement of sin.

The demonic catalyst of Darwin in the biological sciences and Marx, Lenin, revisionist history, in the humanities, is DIRECTLY responsible for our Marxist Nation today; Millennial and Gen-Z generations represented by Democrat Communists as a super-majority in our House-Senate and our Oval Office. Atheism, Secular Humanism, will destroy America’s Constitutional Republic and never in human history has there been a more proficient progenitor of atheism than Darwinism forced into the minds of our children in grade schools across America.
