Concerning the Atheist – Marxist – and their criticism of Jesus our Messiah – His morality and His righteousness…
Morality finds its genesis in our moral, ethical, holy, righteous, Creator, Elohim, as He has written His eternal Spiritual Law upon the human heart (Romans 2:14-15; Hebrews 10:16), infused same within the human genome on Day-6 as Elohim created human kind in His spiritual image possessing certain divine communicable attributes; this, for His eschatological purposes going forward; specifically, as a bulwark against unrestrained narcissism that would have inevitably culminated in societal implosion (Genesis 1:26-28).
The Spiritual Law has been extant as an arbiter of free will subsequent the creation of the angels and that Law will remain extant throughout Eternity as free will remains extant by necessity; this, concerning love and intimacy and relationship with our Creator (John 3:16). The Spiritual Law will also be employed by Jesus Christ at your “Judgment of the Condemned” (Rev 20:11-15) and that Spiritual Law will adjudicate you “guilty” where you will lose both body and soul in Hell in the “second death” as you have rejected Jesus as your Messiah and atonement for your sin (John 3; Acts 4:12).
Elohim does not act in a tyrannical way…He responds with justice and appropriate judgement; after all, this is HIS creation. It is your spiritual father, Satan (John 8:44), that is causation for tyranny and suffering and death and you will perish in Hell in a fate similar to his in that Day (Rev 20:10). Elohim has a specific reason and cause for having created the Realm of Time and physics…this is beyond you or your judgement…you’re but a vapor, a breath in Time (James 4:14) and your spiritual positioning makes you rather irrelevant as well as the only purpose you have in the Realm of Time is servitude to Jesus as His ally but you have chosen to be His foe and you will therefore reap what you sow (Galatians 6:7-8).
Is “repentance” with faith a crucial element of salvation? (Luke 13:3)

Yes, the expression of one’s sincere sorrow for a life lived in sin is essential as an element of salvation along with faith in Jesus as Messiah but I say this with an often times misunderstood caveat.
One expresses their sorrow for a sinful life and a sincere desire to repent at Salvation but true repentance is not possible until the Holy Spirit takes up residence within the believer as Guarantor of New Covenant relationship (Ephesians 1:13-14) and the believer begins their daily walk in Christian sanctification where the Spirit combines the “new creation” in Jesus (2 Corinthians 5:17) with the enlivened spiritual law written upon the heart (Hebrews 10:16); it is at this juncture that obedience/repentance is realized through the production of divine fruit (Galatians 5:22-23) in the daily life of those who belong to Jesus by faith (Galatians 5:16-23; John 15:8).
Jesus commands repentance as does the Holy Spirit,
Yes, Jesus has told us that unless one repents they will in no way enter the Kingdom of Elohim (Luke 13:3) and sincere sorrow for a life of sin expressed as part of the salvation confession is essential in combination with sincere faith-belief that Jesus is Messiah but the realization of true repentance, actuated repentance, does NOT manifest until subsequent salvation as this true repentance is only possible by obedience to the indwelling Holy Spirit who is Guarantor of New Covenant relationship with the Father established by faith in Jesus as Messiah (Ephesians 1:13-14).
Repentance does NOT suggest a works salvation,
It is not necessary nor is it possible that one “change their life” first in order to receive the promise of salvation by faith but it is necessary that one express true sorrow for a life lived in disobedience while simultaneously possessing a heart that desires divine “change” in combination with faith, faith that Jesus is Messiah who died for our sin and it is the Holy Spirit who takes the sincere desire for “change” and makes that change a reality through His divine work in daily sanctification via the production of divine fruit; Jesus said, “You will know them by their fruit” (Matthew 7:15-20).
Therefore, you cannot sufficiently clean-purify yourself by good works in order to make yourself righteous before Elohim (Galatians 2:16; Romans 3:21), only the Holy Spirit changes the human heart and the Spirit only works sanctification in the life of the one who expresses sincere faith in Jesus as Messiah. You are “made righteous” through the “imputation” or gifting of Messiah’s righteousness over your life by faith in Him as your Messiah (2 Corinthians 5:21); this, by faith in Jesus, and you are only sanctified through the work of the indwelling Holy Spirit during daily sanctification, a life-long process where the Holy Spirit prepares the redeemed in Jesus for service in the New Jerusalem (Galatians 5:16); it is during daily sanctification that true repentance manifests through the production of divine fruit (John 15:8; Matthew 3:8).
Case in point concerning repentance,
If you offended me and hated me and ridiculed me through your actions and words but came to me asking for a favor or intercession due my unique ability to provide that “favor” but you remained in your offensive posture…why would I entertain your request seeing that you express no desire to change your attitude toward me? Why would Elohim entertain the prayer for salvation offered by one who had no intent or desire to change their obsession with the Adamic sin-nature?
Why did Jesus ask the Father if the suffering of the Cross was necessary for Him to endure?

When interpreting Jesus’ words throughout His Earthly ministry, it is very important to differentiate between Jesus speaking from His hypostasis (divine union of Deity & Flesh) and Jesus’ words spoken exclusively from His Deity (Philippians 2:5-11). Jesus’ primary reason for entering the Realm of Time was “to destroy the works of the Devil” (1 John 3:8b) as per Genesis 3:15 and the battle strategy He was foreordained to employ is the Gospel of Grace, a Gospel that was ordained “before Time began” (2 Timothy 1:8-10), a battle strategy that Elohim demonstrated for us in Genesis 3:21; this, immediately subsequent the fall of humanity.
Jesus modeled for us, in His humanity, proper protocol concerning relationship with the Father, one of trust and obedience. Jesus honored a delineation of authority in the Godhead and Jesus modeled obedience to the Father in all things even though Jesus possessed a separate will (Luke 22:42), a separate will primarily influenced via the hypostatic union, a will integral with the flesh (Philippians 2:5-11). The unfathomable role that Jesus was to fulfill as the “Spotless Lamb of Elohim” “who takes away the sins of the World” (John 1:29; 1 Peter 1:18-19; Matthew 26:26-29) was not only physiologically devastating as He would be scourged-beaten beyond recognition by the Roman authorities and almost bleed to death via lacerations – trauma as prophesied in Isaiah 53 and Psalm 22, but Jesus would receive spikes through His hands, a spike through His feet, hung on a tree until He suffocated to death; this, while struggling to push Himself upwards against the gravity working to collapse his lung cavity; this physiological suffering, which was only surpassed by the spiritual separation from the Father, was something Jesus had never experienced in His eternal relationship with the Father; this, as your sin and my sin was placed upon Him, sin that Jesus had never experienced in His Deity; therefore, in His humanity Jesus asked the Father if there was any alternative to what was foreordained for Him to suffer; in response to the overwhelming stress, Jesus literally sweat drops of blood in His anxiety (Luke 22:44 – Hematohidrosis) yet Jesus honored the Father’s will and complied with the eschatological mandates of the Cross in order to “destroy the works of the Devil” i.e., death-Hell-the grave; this, for all who would believe that Jesus is the Messiah who died for them (John 3; 1 John 3:8b).
Jesus’ death, burial and resurrection are eschatological imperatives concerning the restoration of peace, holiness, order, to the Kingdom ravaged by a coup d’état initiated by a rebellious cherub and the spiritual war that ensued having been relegated to this Earth, a spiritual war partially constrained by Time and physics that was foreordained to be won by the Messiah as per Genesis 3:15; this, in addition to all that has transpired over the previous 6000-years of unfathomable horror within the Realm of Time, these eschatological imperatives will ultimately be a bulwark against future rebellion in the Kingdom, the New Jerusalem, where free will remains extant by necessity.
You and I are active participants in this spiritual war that rages on around us and through us 24/7/365 (Ephesians 6) and we are relegated to two-choices concerning our loyalty and servitude in our Earthly lives constrained by Time and physics…do we honor Jesus as Messiah as He endeavors to right the wrong committed in the Kingdom before the Creation narrative or do we ally with the nemesis of Jesus through unbelief? Our eternal destiny is wholly contingent upon whom we choose to ally with and serve within the Realm of Time.
Jews and Israelite’s insist that the New Covenant was given only to Israel; therefore, the Gentile is excluded; what is the truth? (Ezekiel 36; Jeremiah 31)

The promise to Abraham by Elohim is inclusive of “every family of the Earth;” this, long before Jacob and the 12-Tribes (Genesis 12:3b). Israel was foreordained to be ministers of the Gospel, the Great Commission and Messiah came directly to them for this specific purpose (Matthew 15:24), but Israel rejected their Messiah and conspired to murder Him upon a tree while exclaiming that Messiah’s blood be upon them and their children (Matthew 27:25); Israel rejected the Gospel and the Great Commission (Matthew 23:37); therefore, Elohim pivoted eschatologically and gave the Gospel and the Great Commission to the Gentile (Romans 11:25; Acts 13:46); therefore, only a “remnant” of Israel’s children will escape the “second death” in Hell due their unbelief, rejection of Yeshua as Messiah (Isaiah 10:22; Romans 9:27); apparently, Torah is not a path to righteousness (Galatians 2:16; Romans 3:20) other than as a roadmap pointing Israel to their need for Messiah by faith (Galatians 3:24).
Atheism does not exist in reality; why is the deception promulgated among the aberrant?

There are no “facts” or “logic” relevant to Atheism as Atheism is a religion of fools as per the Holy Spirit (Psalm 14:1); Atheism is a religion and its tenets are arrogance and narcissism defending aberrant sin and a death-style culminating in eternal nihilism. Atheism’s “god” is Satan (2 Corinthians 4:4).
Christianity looks at the World from a Biblical perspective and the Bible simply aligns with what we see in nature and life around us. The Scriptures explain everything relevant concerning our creation and our existence within it while atheism explains NOTHING but provides only obfuscation for a debased and sinful life of addiction to narcissism and hedonism.
In its most basic assertions, the Bible tells you that we are the product of an omnipotent, omniscient, omnipresent, Designer and all that we see in nature and in the Heavens lends credence to this assertion; this, while the confounded and disturbed atheist has NO explanation for creation or how or why; therefore, Atheism truly does not exist…it is an illogical form of escapism, nihilism, that under girds a life of aberrant lust and destructive desires and narcissism unrestrained which inevitably culminates in a death defined by nihilism. Atheism is demonically rooted escapism from reality placating a seared, defiled, conscience.
Atheism is demonic deception in its genesis; Atheism is the illogical based in nihilism asserting ignorance. There are no true Atheists lest the one claiming same is mentally incompetent and completely unable to discern the World around him/her/he-she-his. The Atheist cannot truly say that a Designer – a Creator does not exist but they can only wish that He did not exist as they have NO OTHER PLAUSIBLE EXPLANATION concerning the supernatural World around us and its origin. You can say you don’t “believe” but you cannot say in the affirmative via evidence that there is no God because you don’t KNOW and you possess no relevant counter argument that negates the reality of God or explains the reality around us that is supernatural, present clearly by design; thus, mandating a Designer.

Eschatology fulfilled? Where is the United States?
The Holy Spirit has clearly articulated that there is soon to come a coalition comprised of the Nations of Russia-China-Iran/Islam who will engage in a nuclear war with Jerusalem, Israel; this war will preface and initiate the 2nd Advent of Messiah Jesus to Mount Olivet outside the Eastern Gate of the Old City, Jerusalem. This will be a 3.5 years period replete with unconscionable suffering around the World but Jerusalem, Israel will be the focal point of Elohim’s attention as this nuclear conflict will ultimately initiate the Millennial Kingdom of Messiah Jesus. Jesus will be victorious in this soon-to-manifest nuclear war and one very interesting point of eschatological truth is that no relevant Western Power is actively involved as an ally of Israel.
America, where are you in eschatology?
There are suggestions by Eschatologists that a representative from a Western power intercedes only to ask “Have you come to take spoil?” relevant to the presence of the demonic alliance preparing to pounce upon Israel, but this Western peace envoy possesses no authority or military might sufficient to provide any form of military intervention or deterrence; this, indicating that the United States will have been made impotent monetarily, military, morally, ethically, and unable to ally with Israel who will have NO ONE but Jesus our Messiah to intercede for the children of Jacob. THIS IS ELOHIM’S ESCHATOLOGICAL WILL as throughout Israel’s history, Jacob’s children have always looked to an Earthly king or an ally Nation for intercession while Elohim has been essentially an afterthought, but NOT in the Day of our Lord as YESHUA, “The Lion from the Tribe of Judah,” alone, will be victorious (Revelation 5:5) and all of Israel will look upon Him whom they have pierced and they will come to faith in Yeshua and this “Jewish – Israeli remnant” will serve Him in His Millennial Kingdom (Zechariah 12:10; John 19:37).

Why does Elohim appear to answer the prayers of some and reject the prayers of others?
Our Creator ONLY hears the prayers of those who have complied with His will; that is, they have believed in Jesus whom the Father has sent into the World to provide blood atonement and covenant relationship with Him by faith (John 6:29).
The only prayer from the unredeemed, those who have rejected Jesus, that the Father will hear and entertain is a prayer of repentance from sin and a confession of faith-belief in Jesus as Messiah; otherwise, you are on your own!
Those who trust in Jesus, their prayers are heard and always answered with Yes, No, Wait….

Concerning “Children” who pass into Eternity via death of the body – are they secure in Elohim?

Children who pass into Eternity before having attained an age of reason sufficient to discern right from wrong, good from evil, lacking the cognitive ability to discern our Creator’s sovereignty over their life, these are secure in Jesus as “where there is no law, there is no sin” (Romans 4:15; 5:13); in other words, if one lacks the cognitive maturity or ability to discern the consequences of the law, they are not culpable before Elohim. This same eternal security extends to the mentally deficient, handicapped, as Elohim’s compassion finds no culpability in those unable to discern His spiritual law written upon the heart.
This same truism extends to man’s criminal and civil laws as adjudicatory standards categorize “juvenile law” as wholly distinct from laws that pertain to adults. Man’s law also considers mental illness, contingent upon severity, as an affirmative “defense to prosecution.”
Jesus confirms the eternal security of children in Matthew 19:14 as Jesus tells us that the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to the child and that unless we humble ourselves and come to the Father as a little child by faith, we will not enter the Kingdom (Matthew 18:4).
Also, King David made an interesting confession subsequent the death of his infant son. David testified that the child would not return to him but that he would go to the child upon death of his body indicating David’s knowledge through the Holy Spirit that the child was in the presence of Elohim and when David exhaled his last, he would be with his son in the Kingdom (2 Samuel 12:19-23).
It is interesting to note that in Numbers 14:29, Elohim warned the unfaithful of Israel that those 20-years of age and older, according to the census, would perish in the wilderness due their unfaithfulness. We do NOT know what the “age of accountability” is for our youth today but the Father knows the cognitive ability of each, He alone discerns this and judges accordingly.
Elohim warned,
28 So tell them: As surely as I live, declares the LORD, I will do to you exactly as I heard you say. 29 Your bodies will fall in this wilderness— all who were numbered in the census, everyone twenty years of age or older— because you have grumbled against Me. 30 Surely none of you will enter the land in which I swore to settle you, except Caleb son of Jephunneh and Joshua son of Nun.… (Numbers 14).
Is the Hebrew Roots Movement permissible in the New Covenant?
Hebrew Roots is certainly a permissible movement if the participant does not pursue days, diets, traditions, in a manner that “supplements” or “completes” FAITH as the divine, eternal, element of salvation.
If one chooses to consume only kosher meats and observes a Sabbath and festivals and traditions in order to honor Torah…that is beautiful and certainly acceptable in the New Covenant, but in the life of the Christian, there is NO obligation to honor Torah’s edicts, its traditions, its days and diets as these things foreshadowed the Messiah but Messiah has come (Colossians 2:16; Romans 14) and we are free to eat or refrain according to our own conscience via the indwelling Holy Spirit and we’re free to chose whatever day or everyday to honor our Lord; therefore, in the New Covenant, it’s NOT about what we DO but in Whom we believe and the Spirit is our Arbiter of free will and the Christian honors the Spirit though obedience to Him (Galatians 5:16) which results in the production of divine fruit (Galatians 5:22-23) while in Torah, the old sin-nature sought subjugation to Torah Law, an obedience that could NEVER be fully achieved as the Adamic sin-nature had no arbiter but the flesh and a weakened conscience subject to that flesh.
My personal concerns for Hebrew Roots participants,
My primary concern for those who confess Yeshua as Messiah by faith and simultaneously place an emphasis on Torah observance is the inclination of the sin-nature to slip into theological compromise with works and thereby nullify the purity of faith and thereby fall into a state of apostasy and ultimately condemnation.
I have personally witnessed this in the Messianic Jewish converts who struggle having placed one foot in grace through faith in Yeshua while placing the other in Torah in Temple and the Torah as an Icon of worship. I have witnessed this in my own family.
In private, these people are miserable…they are torn…they are divided…they are compromised…they are lost…they have strayed…some become addicted…others are angry and hateful toward Christianity…it is tragic (Galatians 3).
Why is the Spiritual Law written upon the heart (the New Covenant) infinitely superior to Torah Law – Sinai – Moses – Codification?
First of all,
The codified law given Israel at Sinai and through Moses is but a mere fragment of the comprehensive Spiritual Law written into the human genome on Day-6 by Elohim. The codified law is wholly inadequate as a comprehensive arbiter of free will as it does NOT and CANNOT adequately address every moral decision encountered by the Christian 24/7/365.
Second,
The “fruit of the Spirit” does NOT conflict with the codified law provided Israel at Sinai and through Moses; but again, the relevant point is this…the codified law is fragmented, it’s incomplete, it was given Israel specifically for eschatological and sanctification purposes; the codified law cannot engender righteousness (Romans 3:20); the codified law only curses by defining one’s culpability void atonement (James 2:10; Galatians 3:10); the codified law was given Israel as a roadmap pointing them to Messiah by faith (Galatians 3:24). Christians are NOT under the codified Law given Israel (Romans 6:14) but serve through the Spirit via the production of divine fruit that fulfills ALL LAW (Romans 7:6; 8:2; Galatians 2:16; 5:22-23).

It is the comprehensive, spiritual law written upon the heart (Hebrews 10;16; 8:10; Jeremiah 31:33; Ezekiel 36; 26) and arbitrated by the indwelling Holy Spirit in the New Covenant during daily sanctification (Galatians 5:16; Romans 8:2; 2:14-15) that is INFINITELY superior to Sinai and Moses as the spiritual law, written into the human genome on Day-6, arbitrated by the redeemed conscience of the Christian through the indwelling Holy Spirit (2 Corinthians 5:17) that methodically addresses every moral decision encountered by the redeemed in Messiah, daily. It is the comprehensive spiritual law that is the law of obedience in the New Covenant as the Spirit produces divine fruit through the redeemed, fruit that actually pleases the Father and fulfills ALL LAW (Galatians 5:16-23; John 15:8).
In closing,
A true Christian does not live their daily life cognitively engaged with Sinai or Moses, they live their daily life in peace with the Father through faith in Jesus as Messiah (Romans 5:1) and their intimacy with the Father is maintained methodically by the work of the Spirit in daily sanctification (Galatians 5:16) who does the work of obedience through the Christian by producing “fruits of the Spirit” that pleases the Father; divine fruit that honors Jesus’ commands and fulfills the Moral Law while furthering the intent of the Great Commission.
