Vance and Hines is a horrible, subversive, company producing non-compliant “not for road use” illegally loud exhausts for the LOUD motorcycle cult[ure] and markets these dangerous NOISE makers for street-use motorcycles destroying daily quality of life while recklessly endangering the health and welfare of our most vulnerable. Vance and Hines is but one of numerous aftermarket exhaust manufacturers who mock the protective intent of the Code of Federal Regulations 40CFR Part 205. Vance and Hines exists in our society due to enforcement impotency on the part of the US EPA and State Governments, inept Attorney General representatives at the Federal and State level; this, as America’s most innocent are bullied by the LOUD biker cult[ure] daily and nightly completely void intervention by a failing, compromised, law enforcement community and America’s mayors; mayors who prostitute themselves with the LOUD biker cult[ure] via illegal biker rallies around the United States.
