Those who ride and drive LOUD abuse and bully children, women, audibly; therefore, why are we surprised when these narcissistic thugs abuse children, women, sexually? Why won’t law enforcement use their illegal vehicular NOISE as probable cause and stop-investigate-cite-incarcerate-impound the entire hoard of selfish noise thugs?
