Why was Elohim so obsessed with Israel’s children?

Elohim desired to set-apart a people group through whom He would introduce His Messiah to the World through Whom He would “destroy the works of the devil” (1 John 3:8b) via the Gospel, a battle strategy ordained “before Time began” (Genesis 3:15; 3:21; 2 Timothy 1:8-10); unfortunately, the Adamic and Noahic generations fell prey to demonic influence, became thoroughly perverse-corrupt (Genesis 6) and tragically all but eight persons from those generations were judged by death. Elohim began anew with Noah and Noah’s family.

Through Noah, Shem, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob (Israel), the Father strategically selected a people group and sanctified them, set them apart from the pagan world, for His eschatological purposes and through the Tribe of Judah the Father manifest His Messiah and the Gospel ultimately “destroying the works of the Devil” at Golgotha, that victory confirmed with the words of Messiah, “It is finished” (John 19:30).

From Abraham forward, Elohim was required to methodically guide and direct Israel through tumultuous times, a sanctified people group inundated by paganism serving pagan gods; hence, the necessity for Sinai and codification of the Spiritual Law in stone; therefore, it is correct to say that Elohim was “obsessed” with Israel’s future as His entire eschatological plan concerning victory over the devil hinged upon Messiah and the Gospel having manifest at the perfect time and in the perfect place allowing for blood atonement and redemption, an unfathomable divine grace and mercy and eschatological plan that is beyond human comprehension.

Though Israel ultimately failed Elohim having rejected their eschatological mission concerning the Great Commission via Messiah and the Gospel, Elohim has remained faithful and will ultimately save a remnant of Israel’s children during the Tribulation Era and Messiah’s Millennial Kingdom will honor the Father’s eschatological efforts through Israel and Judah; this, as glorification of the Son and the Father and the Spirit for the purpose of restoring order and holiness to an eternal Kingdom disrupted by a rebellious cherub angel before Time began.
